United Center Event Planning Guide
ARENA ACCESS
To enter all United Center suite levels, use Gate 2 ½ on Madison Street or Gate 6 ½ on Adams Street. Next to each gate entrance there are elevators and stairs that will take you and your guests up to all three suite levels. For Bulls and Blackhawks games, the gates usually open 90 minutes before the game begins.
UNITED CENTER PARKING
All suites come with four parking passes per game. Two of the passes are for Lot C or K, while the other two passes are for Lots A, B, D, E, F, MX, or L. A link to the parking lot map will be helpful upon arrival at United Center.
UNITED CENTER BAG POLICY
All bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are prohibited in the United Center. Purses and drawstring bags of appropriate size will be permitted in the arena. Please note that all bags will be inspected by security personnel prior to entering the United Center.
UNITED CENTER CATERING
In-suite catering can be purchased for you and your guests to enjoy while attending your event. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer for all United Center luxury suites, offering a wide variety of deluxe food and beverages. On average, Suite Experience Group clients tend to budget $1,200 for catering at the United Center.
DRESS CODE IN LUXURY SUITES
There’s no exact answer here. If you’re renting a suite as part of a corporate event, it may be best to wear more formal attire. If you’re attending an event at United Center simply with friends and family, casual attire is more than acceptable. All skyboxes at United Center are climate controlled and have a coat closet for storage.

Stadium Information
The United Center is a multifunction arena located in Chicago, Illinois. It is the largest arena in the United States in terms of its physical size. United Center has been home to the NBA’s Chicago Bulls and the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks since 1994. United Center has hosted six championship seasons, with three coming from the Chicago Bulls and three coming from the Chicago Blackhawks. Its rich history is embraced with statues of legendary Chicago sports figures surrounding the arena, including statues of Michael Jordan, Stan Mikita, and Bobby Hull. With over 200 events annually and over 40 million guests since the arena’s opening, the United Center is one of the most popular venues in the country.
Suite Information
There are three different luxury suite levels at United Center, home to the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks. All United Center suites will include HDTVs, Wi-Fi, upscale furnishing, and the option for catering. Penthouse Suite Level skyboxes surround the upper level of the arena, while the Lower Suite Level luxury boxes circle United Center just above the lower level seating sections. Club Suite Level luxury suites at the arena are joined by the BMO Harris Club, United Center’s signature club. With private suites, first class amenities, and exclusive catering from Levy Restaurants, United Center offers the perfect suite experience for you and your guests.
