Philadelphia Eagles Event Planning Guide

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all Philadelphia Eagles suites. The Eagles Presidents Club suites are the only all-inclusive suite option at Lincoln Financial Field. Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the Eagles suite menu. There is no catering minimum and it is optional.

Parking and Transportation

The Eagles parking lots open four and a half hours prior to kick off. Eagles luxury suite parking lots include the J and L Lots. Parking passes included with your Eagles suite rental will be clearly labeled. Cash lots surround the "Linc" or general parking can be found in lots K, M and N.

Budget

The payment for a Philadelphia Eagles suite rental is due in full at the time of purchase. Eagles suites range from $18,000-$35,000 per game. In-suite catering won't be charged until game day. On average, most guests in a luxury box spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol.

Club Access

All Philadelphia Eagles suite ticket holders are invited to visit the two exclusive Club Lounges during Eagles games at Lincoln Financial Field. The two Club Lounges are located on the Club level on the East and West sidelines. These VIP clubs have full-service bars, concessions & merchandise shops.

Dress Code

How you dress in a Philadelphia Eagles luxury suite should depend on the nature of the event and the wishes of your host. If it’s a corporate event, many guests will likely be dressed in business casual attire. However, it’s not uncommon for guests to wear Eagles fan gear, hats and sneakers.

Venue Bag Policy

Prohibited items at an Eagles game include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, seat cushions, computer bags and camera bags. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”

Entrances

With an Eagles suite ticket, guests can enter Lincoln Financial Field up to 2 hours prior to kickoff. While any entrance at the "Linc" is fine to use, we recommend using the SCA or West Club & Suite Entrances for VIP entry. Using a Philadelphia Eagles suite entrance will allow for quicker entry.

Child Ticket Policy

Any child two (2) years of age and under do not need a ticket to enter Lincoln Financial Field. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap. Any child older than that will require their own ticket for entry. This applies for everyone in an Eagles suite as well. Strollers are prohibited.

Eagles Spotlight

Current NFL Season

Posted 6/14/2024

After an extremely hot start and an equally cold finish, the Philadelphia Eagles have retooled their look on both sides of the ball. Following a Super Bowl berth two years ago and a 10-1 start last season, the weapons in Philly are certainly there in quarterback Jalen Hurts, wide receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, and new running back Saquon Barkley. The retirement of center Jason Kelce puts the “Brotherly Shove” play into question with new center Cam Jurgens, but a strong offensive line returns with Lane Johnson and Landon Dickerson. Rookies Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean will help improve the secondary on the defensive side.

Suites at Lincoln Financial Field cover nearly two levels around the majority of the stadium. Each include VIP parking passes, an exclusive entrance into the stadium, and food and beverage packages. Most hold 24 fans in climate-controlled... Read more
