General Information

Listings on Suite Experience Group are private suite rentals, meaning your group has exclusive access to the entire suite. Shared suites and individual suite tickets are rarely offered and will be clearly identified when available.

Each venue has its own entry and security policies. Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited, and many venues restrict large bags such as backpacks, oversized purses, and totes. Some venues, including all NFL stadiums, require clear bags for personal items. Electronics such as phones, tablets, and cameras are typically permitted, though specific rules vary by venue. SRO stands for Standing Room Only. In premium seating and luxury suites, SRO tickets are commonly offered as additional tickets beyond a suite's included ticket allotment. For example, a suite may include 16 tickets, with the option to purchase 4 additional SRO tickets.

SRO ticket holders have access to the suite and stadium but may not receive a dedicated seat inside the suite. In practice, suite guests often move around throughout the event, making SRO tickets a popular way to accommodate more guests.

Suite tickets often include access to exclusive clubs, lounges, and hospitality areas located on the suite or club level. Access varies by venue and ticket type, so please review the specific listing details for included amenities and access privileges.

Catering is typically not included in the suite rental price, but it is available for purchase for most suites. After booking, our client services team will provide the venue's catering menus and assist with placing your order. You may pre-order food and beverages before the event or order à la carte during the event. Catering is optional, and if it is included with your suite, it will be clearly noted in the listing.

Ticket Policies & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is canceled. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets and suite reservation will remain valid for the new event date.

If the event is rescheduled, your purchase will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend, resale options may be available.

Ticket Delivery

Ticket delivery timelines vary based on the event and venue. In many cases, tickets are transferred shortly after your purchase. For other events, they may be delivered closer to the event date.
