What is an “SRO”?

SRO stands for “Standing Room Only”. This type of ticket grants access to the stadium and suite but does not include a designated seat facing the field of play. However, in a suite setting, seating is often flexible, and guests tend to move around rather than staying in assigned seats. An SRO ticket still provides a premium experience within the suite, allowing attendees to enjoy the event alongside other guests.

What items can I bring into the suite (and what is allowed in the venue)?

Each venue has its own policies regarding what guests can bring. Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited. Bag restrictions are common, with many venues limiting or prohibiting large bags such as backpacks, oversized purses, totes, and messenger bags. Some venues, including all NFL stadiums, follow a Clear Bag Policy for personal items. Electronics like laptops, tablets, and cameras are typically allowed, though policies vary widely by venue.

Does my ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets often grant access to exclusive clubs and lounges located on the suite or club level. These clubs and lounges typically offer amenities such as full-service bars, specialty concessions, lounge seating, and merchandise shops. Suite ticket holders can also access the concourses and concessions available to general ticket holders.

How do I handle catering for my suite?

Catering is typically not included in the suite reservation cost, but it is almost always available for purchase. Once your suite is booked, Suite Experience Group will provide you with food and beverage menus, along with detailed instructions on how to place your order. Catering is optional, with no minimum order requirements, giving you flexibility to pre-order or opt for a la carte ordering during the event. Additionally, suite ticket holders may purchase food and beverages from general concessions and bring them back to the suite.

If catering is not included with your suite, catering charges will be billed separately from the suite rental and are due on the event day. Our Customer Service Team is available to help you select the best catering options and offer personalized recommendations based on your preferences.

Are children allowed in suites?

Children of all ages are welcome in suites and on the suite level. Depending on the venue, children under the age of two (2) may not require a ticket. Ticketing policies vary by venue, so it is important to check specific guidelines for your event and venue.

Are pets allowed in suites?

Generally, only service animals are permitted in suites, and most venues have strict policies against allowing pets. Certain stadiums/arenas will offer pet-friendly events. Always check the specific venue's guidelines ahead of time for any exceptions or special events.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wire transfers. For high-value purchases, additional verification may be required.

Are there any additional fees beyond the suite price?

Some suite purchases may include applicable taxes. Catering, if you choose to purchase it, is generally billed separately. Please review your order details for a full breakdown of costs.

Do you offer a purchase guarantee?

We guarantee that your tickets will be delivered in time for the event or your money back.

Ticket Policies & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is canceled and not rescheduled.

What happens if an event is postponed or rescheduled?

If the event is rescheduled, your purchase will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, resale options may be available.

What happens if my event is canceled?

If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

Ticket Delivery Information

When will I receive my tickets?

Ticket delivery timelines vary based on the event and venue. In most cases, mobile tickets will be available as soon as they are provided by the seller. Some tickets may be made available closer to the event date, depending on venue policies. Rest assured, you will receive your tickets no later than the event.

How can I access my tickets?

Most tickets are delivered electronically. You will receive instructions on how to access them through the ticketing platform used by the venue, such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or other ticketing providers.

Can I transfer my suite tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your suite tickets, but policies may vary by venue.

What should I do if I lose my suite ticket(s)?

Contact your Suite Experience Group representative immediately for assistance.

Event Day Experience

When should I arrive for my event?

Venues generally open between 90 minutes to 2 hours before the event starts for suite ticket holders. We recommend arriving at least one hour prior to the event if you're hosting guests in the suite. Suites typically close 30 to 60 minutes following the conclusion of the event. Gate/entry times will vary by venue, so be sure to check with your Suite Experience Group representative for precise details.

Where can I park for my event?

Many suites include a set number of parking passes for an assigned premium lot. These passes typically do not cover every ticket holder in the suite. Additional premium parking may be available for purchase, so we recommend contacting your Suite Experience Group representative for more information and to secure extra passes if needed.

If you're arriving by limo, bus, or shuttle, the standard parking passes provided with your suite may not accommodate larger vehicles. Special parking passes are required for these types of vehicles, and availability is often limited. Be sure to reach out to your Suite Experience Group representative to inquire about parking options for large vehicles.

Is there a designated entrance for suite ticket holders?

Suite ticket holders typically have access to VIP entrances at most stadiums and arenas. These entrances are often located near the main entry points and provide a more direct route to suite/club level.

What should people wear?

There is no specific dress code for suites, and the attire can vary depending on the nature of the event and your personal preferences. Most guests opt for comfortable clothing but aim to dress appropriately based on the type of audience or event they are attending within the suite. If you're hosting clients or colleagues, business casual or formal attire may be preferred, while for a more casual event, sports gear or relaxed attire may be suitable.

Can I order food from the suite during the event?

Yes, each suite typically offers a game day menu, allowing you to place additional food orders throughout the event.

Should I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, it is customary to tip your suite attendant (bartender or server) if you are satisfied with the service. Gratuity is generally not included in your catering bill.

Can I host a meeting in the suite before the event?

Yes, many suites provide a space that is suitable for hosting informal meetings before the event. Most suites are equipped with HDTVs that can be connected to your laptop using an HDMI or audio/video cord. We recommend bringing both types of cords, as they may be required for the specific setup. Can I decorate the suite for my event?

Decorations are generally allowed within reasonable limits, though the specific policy will vary by venue. Most venues prohibit hanging items on walls, and all decorations must be approved through security. If you're looking to decorate a suite for your event, it's best to consult with your Suite Experience Group representative to confirm the venue's policies and discuss available options for prearranged decorations.

Can I rent a conference room at the venue before my event?

Conference rooms may be available to rent for an additional cost. Availability will vary by venue and these spaces are typically offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
