The Role
Our business relies on clean, reliable data flows between external systems — including ticketing providers, CRMs, payment platforms, business analytics tools, and marketing technologies — and our proprietary SuitePro® software. We're seeking a Data Integration Specialist to ensure these connections run seamlessly, keeping data flowing across our ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and technical partner support. You'll work closely with our VP of Engineering and business team – including working directly with client technical contacts – to connect SuitePro to external systems, implement technical workflows for our clients, manage bulk data operations, and maintain clean, reliable data flows between systems. This includes supporting CRM and ticketing platform integrations, executing pricing and event data imports, configuring and monitoring automated file drops and API-based workflows, and assisting with marketing data operations, such as tracking pixels, web forms, and cookie tracking scripts.
Responsibilities
- System Integrations: Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations between SuitePro and external systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, marketing tools, and payment providers
- Data Operations: Manage and execute pricing scripts, event data uploads, and bulk data ingestion processes within SuitePro's UI and data tools.
- API Integrations: Test and maintain RESTful API connections between SuitePro and third-party systems; assist with authentication, field mapping, and payload validation.
- File Drops & Data Transfers: Prepare, validate, and send secure file transfers (CSV, JSON, SFTP) to and from clients.
- Marketing & Tracking Implementation: Implement and maintain web analytics integrations (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta pixels, cookie-consent platforms) across 80+ client websites.
- Monitoring & QA: Track integration performance, monitor data pipelines, and assist in identifying and resolving data or sync issues across systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear internal documentation for integrations, API mappings, data schemas, and recurring workflows.
- Automation Support: Collaborate with engineering to build or refine automation scripts and processes that streamline recurring data or integration tasks.
- Reporting: Create custom reports to serve the unique needs of team and venue partners and ensure data accuracy for templated and custom reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent job experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a technical operations, integrations, or data support role.
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with REST APIs (comfortable reading/writing JSON payloads)
- Experience supporting or integrating systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and payment providers
- Ability to handle data imports, CSV/SFTP transfers, and bulk updates within application UIs or admin tools.
- Exposure to marketing and analytics implementations (e.g., Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, form embeds, cookie consent tools).
- Some experience with scripting or automation to streamline recurring tasks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams and support client-facing workflows.
