Jason Aldean picked up the guitar at a young age by practicing chords while his father was at work so that he could play with his dad when he returned home later that day. Aldean made the move to Nashville at the age of 21 and after months of no success he finally signed with Broken Bow Records and released his first self-titled debut album.

Jason Aldean has released over 9 studio albums which feature a total of 21 singles that have reached the number one spot on the Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts. Aldean was awarded the ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award in 2019 for his success as an artist over the past decade. Aldean is 1 of 6 artists to have received this prestigious award.
