Catering

Rose Bowl suites can be fully catered, though food and beverage isn't included in the suite price. After booking, you'll pre-order from the suite menu so everything's ready when you arrive, with the option to add more during the event. Billing takes place on the day of the event, and most groups spend $120-$150 per person on average. There's no minimum, and ordering is entirely optional.

Parking and Transportation

Parking passes are not always included with a suite rental at Rose Bowl Stadium. Premium parking lots such as Lots B and F, are assigned lots and put you closest to the stadium. For general public parking, use lots like H, lots 1-4, 6 and 8-10.

Budget

Suites for the Rose Bowl college football game can cost between $50,000-$120,000, while UCLA football games can cost $4,000-$12,000 per game. Concerts held at the Rose Bowl will vary widely on the performer. In-suite catering is an additional cost, billed on event day — most guests spend $120-$150 per person on food and beverages. Remember to budget for parking, concessions, and souvenirs.

Dress Code

There is no strict dress code when attending an event in a suite at Rose Bowl Stadium. For corporate events, attire may skew more toward business formal, however, most Rose Bowl suites will have fans wearing their favorite team's gear.

Venue Bag Policy

The Rose Bowl Stadium has a clear bag policy for all events at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Approved bags are a one-gallon clear freezer bag, a clear tote that is no larger than 12"x6"x12", and a small clutch bag that is no larger than 4.5"x6.5". All other bags will not be allowed into the stadium.

Entrances

Rose Bowl Stadium suite ticketholders can enter the stadium through the Terry Donahue Pavilion, located on the west side of the stadium. There are dedicated VIP entrances such as Gate F which will provide more convenient entry inside. Escalators will take you to the upper suite tiers, Levels E and F. Gates typically open 2 hours prior to a game. Gate times can vary, so be sure to check prior to leaving. For concerts, gate times typically open 60-90 minutes before the show depending on the event.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
