Catering

After booking your Reliant Stadium suite, you can pre-order food and drinks from the suite menu in advance of your event. Catering is provided by Aramark, with most guests spending around $150 per person. Ordering is optional with no minimum, and you won't be charged until the conclusion of your event.

Parking and Transportation

Not all Reliant Stadium suite rentals include parking passes, but if yours does, each pass will be labeled with a designated lot at Reliant Stadium. Suite lots include the Green Lot, Platinum Lot, and Gold Lot. All parking gates for Texans games open 4 hours before kickoff.

Budget

Your Reliant Stadium suite is due in full at the time of purchase. Depending on the event, suite prices vary widely, from $4,000-$35,000. Catering is a separate cost, typically around $150 per person. Additional expenses may include parking and souvenirs.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders at Reliant stadium have full access to the Verizon Wireless East and West Club. These 23,000 sq. ft. clubs offer a climate-controlled lounge, many flat screen TV's, and premium food and beverage options. These clubs are located on opposite ends of the stadium and both are easily accessible from the suites concourse.

Dress Code

Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably when attending an event in a suite at Reliant Stadium. There is no strict dress code enforced. For Houston Texans games, most suite ticket holders will be wearing team apparel. If you are attending the game for a business event, most people will be in casual business attire.

Venue Bag Policy

The NFL Clear Bag Policy states that all patrons entering Reliant Stadium must have their belongings in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." Other permissible totes include: one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar) and small clutch bags. Backpacks, hard-sided coolers and computer bags are not allowed.

Entrances

Reliant Stadium suite ticket holders can enter through dedicated VIP entrances on both the East and West sides of the stadium. For Houston Texans games, these gates will open 2 hours prior to kick-off. For secondary events, be sure to check prior to leaving for the event as gates times may vary.

Child Ticket Policy

For a Houston Texans game, all children two years of age or older will require a ticket to enter Reliant Stadium. This applies to any suite guest as well. For non-Texans games, the age requirement for free admission will vary. It is best to check with a suite representative on the event you plan to attend.
