Catering
For suites at the Paycom Center, catering is available as an add-on and is handled through the arena's hospitality partner, Levy Restaurants. Suite guests can pre-order food and beverages before the event, and Executive and Terrace Suites include a personal suite attendant who can assist with in-suite food and beverage service.
Parking and Transportation
Paycom Center offers convenient access to a variety of nearby parking garages and surface lots throughout downtown Oklahoma City. Guests can also utilize rideshare services and public transportation when traveling to and from the venue. Designated Uber and Lyft pickup and drop-off service is available on the west side of the arena near Second Street and Harvey Avenue.
Budget
Suite pricing at Paycom Center varies by event, suite type, and availability. Guests can generally expect suites to start in the low thousands for most events, with pricing increasing for high-demand games, concerts, and special events. Catering, parking, and additional tickets may be available for an added fee.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for suite guests at Paycom Center. Most guests choose business casual attire, team apparel, or event-appropriate clothing depending on the occasion. Guests should avoid clothing with offensive language or imagery and comply with all venue policies.
Entrances
Paycom Center features multiple public entrances, including locations on the north, southwest, and east sides of the arena. Suite guests and premium seating ticket holders can utilize the east entrance, which provides direct access to the Club and Suite Level, helping guests avoid the main crowds and access premium areas more efficiently.
Child Ticket Policy
Child admission policies at Paycom Center vary by event. For most concerts and touring shows, children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket. For Oklahoma City Thunder games, children ages 2 and under may enter without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap, while children ages 3 and older require their own ticket. Guests should verify the policy for their specific event before attending, as some events require all attendees, regardless of age, to have a ticket.
