Catering

In-suite catering is available for any Miami Heat suite rental, purchased separately either in advance or during the game. Most groups spend around $125-$150 per person on food and drinks, including alcohol. There's no minimum, and in-suite catering is entirely optional.

Parking and Transportation

Miami Heat suites can include VIP parking passes for the Kaseya Center P2 Garage located on Biscayne Blvd. Not all suites include parking however. Cash parking lots are available at Bayside Marketplace Garage. Public transportation, the Metrorail, Metromover, & Metrobus all stop at Kaseya Center.

Budget

Miami Heat suite rentals typically cost $4,000-$28,000 depending on the game, with payment due in full at the time of purchase. Food and beverage is handled separately and can be pre-ordered at your discretion after booking — most guests spend $125-$150 per person, and you won't be charged until the day of the game. Additional costs to factor in may include parking, concessions, and Miami Heat souvenirs.

Club Access

Miami Heat suite ticket holders have full access to the Bacardi Ocho Lounge (formerly Derwar's Clubhouse) located on the Club Level Concourse. The Kaseya Center's Bacardi Ocho Lounge features an upscale lounge environment with buffet options and a full-service bar.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for the suite level at Kaseya Center. Most suite ticket holders will be dressed in casual attire. For a corporate event, it's more common to see guests in business casual or professional attire. It's always best to clarify expectations with your suite host prior to the game.

Venue Bag Policy

All guests including those in a Miami Heat luxury suite, are subject to search by security prior to entering. Fanny packs, purses, and clear plastic bags measuring 14"x 14"x 6" or smaller are permitted at Kaseya Center. No outside drinks or food are allowed inside the venue.

Entrances

Premium (VIP) suite entrances are located at Gate 3 and Gate 4. Premium entrances will open 90 minutes prior to Miami Heat basketball games. While it's recommended to use a premium gate, Heat suite ticket holders are welcome to enter through any entrance.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 2 may enter Kaseya Center free of charge for Miami Heat games, provided they sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Any child 2 years or older requires a ticket, including in a suite. All ages are welcome in Miami Heat suites and Loge Boxes.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
