Catering
Catering isn't included with a Dallas Stars suite, but food and drinks can be pre-ordered ahead of the game. Once you've booked your suite, you can place an in-suite catering order, and you won't be charged until after the game. Most guests spend $100-$150 per person, though ordering is entirely optional with no minimum.
Parking and Transportation
VIP parking for Dallas Stars suite ticket holders is in the Lexus Garage adjacent to AAC. A physical or mobile Stars parking pass is required for entry. The ride-sharing pick-up/drop-off point is located on Star Way and Olive St. Street parking is limited and public transportation is encouraged.
Budget
When budgeting for a Dallas Stars suite, start with the suite rental, which ranges from $4,500-$12,000 per game depending on the opponent, date, and suite level. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. In-suite catering is a separate cost — most groups spend $100-$150 per person (roughly $1,500-$2,700 per suite), and catering is optional with no minimum. Other costs to factor in may include additional parking passes and Stars gear.
Club Access
Dallas Stars luxury suite guests have exclusive access to the Platinum (Club) Level at American Airlines Center. This includes the Lexus Platinum Club, Effen Vodka Lounge, and the BeachBound Lounge among others. Platinum Level features cash bars and lounge seating in addition to private restrooms.
Dress Code
There is no dress code for the Stars suite levels at American Airlines Center. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire but shorts, jeans, hats or any Stars gear is perfectly fine. Comfortable shoes are also encouraged. Suites are climate-controlled with a closest for coat storage.
Venue Bag Policy
All fans, including Dallas Stars luxury suite ticket holders, entering AAC are subject to metal detector screenings. Any bags larger then 14"x14"x6" are not allowed into the arena. Laptops and tablets are permitted inside the arena for Dallas Stars games. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Entrances
There are 3 VIP entrances at the American Airlines Center for Dallas Stars suite guests to use: Northeast Platinum Entry(All Star Way across from Lexus Garage); Southeast Platinum Entry(between East Doors and Jack Daniel's Club) and Gold Entry(Olive St.). Gates open 90 minutes before Stars games.
Child Ticket Policy
Children under the age of 2 do not require a separate admission ticket to enter American Airlines Center. Dallas Stars suites provide a safe private environment for families and groups with young children. Strollers are permitted and are able to be checked at Guest Relations inside AAC.

Through most of the season, Dallas has been one of the NHL's elite teams. As of early March 2026, the Stars held a 37-14-9 record, placing them among the upper tier of the Western Conference. Jason Robertson leads the team with 34 goals, while Mikko Rantanen paces the club with 49 assists. Dallas also boasts a 30.6% success rate on the power play, ranking second in the entire NHL — a weapon that has been at or near the top of the league all season long.
