COVID-19 (Coronavirus) presents unprecedented circumstances for the live events business. The NBA, NHL, and MLS have suspended the current season while they determine the best path forward. MLB has pushed back the start of the season by at least two weeks. Many concerts are also being rescheduled for a later date. Each venue, league, and artist is actively working to determine the best approach for their unique circumstance. For San Francisco Giants games, suite prices typically range from $3,000 - $8,000 per game. Suite pricing will vary based on day of game, opponent, and the location of the suite. For concerts and other events at Oracle Park, pricing will vary widely based on the performer or event taking place.
The Executive Oracle Suites can accommodate groups of 12-25 with the most common suite sizes in the range of 12-16. Suites will line each side of the field from foul pole to foul pole. Guests receive VIP parking in Luxury Lot A and can enter Oracle Park through a dedicated suite ticketholder entrance at Willie Mays Plaza. The Oracle Suite Level will have private restrooms on the suite level. With a Oracle suite ticket, guests have access to every level of the ballpark including access to the Blue Shield Field Club and Virgin America Club Level. Suites feature stadium-style seating on the balcony overlooking the San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge. Interior stool seating, a kitchenette and HDTVs are some of the top amenities insdie the suite. Premium in-suite catering can be added in advance to your event.
In-suite catering is available to purchase at Oracle Park. Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the suite menu. Most suites do not include catering. On average, clients spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol, however, there is no catering minimum and it is optional.
Following a suite purchase, you will be provided with the suite menu and necessary order forms to complete your order. A pre-order deadline is typically one week prior to the date of your event. You won't be charged for what you ordered until day of the event. If needed, you can also order food and drinks from the suite through your suite attendant.
Oracle Park's official parking lots include Lot A, just across McCovey Cove from the ballpark and just up the Embarcadero at Pier 30/32. For those with a suite parking pass, they are valid in Luxury Lot A, which is in an exclusive area of Lot A. Lot A opens 3 hours prior to first pitch.

Guest in a suite will have access to the Blue Shield Field Club and Alaska Airlines Club Level. Each Club will feature premium concessions and cash bars along with TVs and restrooms. The Blue Shield Field Club is at field level upon entry while the Alaska Airlines Club is on the third floor.
All Oracle Park luxury suites are climate-controlled. Attire varies widely among suite patrons. If you're attending a business event, it may be more appropriate to dress in business casual or business formal attire. Otherwise, typical ballpark attire like jerseys or fan gear is more than fine.
Venue Bag Policy
Paper and plastic grocery bags, purses, fanny packs, backpacks, lunch bags, diaper bags, soft-sided containers, handbags and briefcases are allowed into the ballpark as long as they do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size. All bags will be thoroughly inspected before entering Oracle Park
For Oracle Park suite ticketholders, we recommend using the Suiteholder entrance at Willie Mays Plaza on the corner of Third and King Streets. The VIP door is located to the left of the main entrance. Once inside, you'll take an elevator to the fourth floor onto the suite level.
Child Ticket Policy
Children over 24 months must have a ticket for entry. Any child 23 months or younger will not require a ticket into Oracle Park, provided they can sit on your lap. Non-folding strollers can be checked at the Guest Services Station located behind Home Plate on the Promenade Level.

Suite pricing varies widely based on a number of variables including league, city, team, opponent, time of day, day of week, and suite location.
Day of Week: In general, suites can be slightly more expensive during weekdays (Monday through Thursday) because those days are ideal for corporations to entertain their clients in a suite.
League: NFL suites are the most expensive by because of the limited number of games (8 home games per team).
Suite Location: While just being in a suite is generally seen as the most desirable and luxurious seat in the building, some stadiums and arenas have multiple suite levels. If this is the case, certain clients are willing to pay a premium to be in a lower level suite that is closest to the action on the field. We will give you details on suite location as we provide you with availability for the game you desire.
Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?
With regular tickets, prices will often drop in the days leading up to a game. While every once in a while the same occurs with suites, in general, pricing does not drop before the game. In fact, because of the very limited availability of luxury suites, it is advised to book a suite well in advance, as suites are often not available at the last minute. In addition, in coordinating events for larger groups (suites can hold up to 20 guests or more), it is often necessary to give guests a longer lead time to confirm their availability to attend.
Are there additional expenses I should consider?
If you are hosting guests in your suite, consider allocating enough budget to order catering for your suite. Catering is typically not included in the price of the suite. Suite Experience Group clients typically spend between $1,000-$2,000 for catering, with some clients spending even more if they order significant amounts of alcohol.
Are there discounts if I buy multiple games at once?
Some clients purchase multiple suites in multiple venues at one time. Suite Experience Group can provide special package pricing for clients who buy three or more suites at one time.
