A Houston Astros suite will accommodate groups of 14-20 people. Along with your Astros suite you will receive VIP parking and private entry into Minute Maid Stadium. An Astros suite features a spacious floor plan, multiple HDTVs, Wi-Fi, premium seating inside and outside of the suite, upscale furnishing, in-suite catering options and a dedicated Astros suite attendant.
Houston Astros suite prices range from $3,000 -$5,000 on average. A suite for an Astros game will vary in price based on the on day of game, who the Astros opponent will be, and the location of the suite in Minute Maid Park. As far as suite pricing for non-Astros games at Minute Maid Park, those can vary widely based on the type of event.
Your (projected) 2017 World Series champions, the Houston Astros! According to a Sports Illustrated cover article from 2014, the Astros combination of excellent scouting and advanced sabermetrics have finally set the once bottom-dwelling team up for the ultimate success this season. The 2017 Houston Astros will be one of the most competitive teams in the American League. The Astros feature some of the most talented young stars in all of baseball to go with a well-rounded lineup and pitching staff.
Manager A.J. Hinch will be putting together one of the strongest lineups in baseball. Leading the way offensively is Jose Altuve. The petite speedster stole 30 bags last season to go along with a .338 BA, earning him an All Star Game invitation and 3rd in AL MVP voting. Carlos Correa is a former first overall pick who was named the AL Rookie of the Year in 2015. Making his MLB debut last year was third baseman Alex Bregman. Bregman, a second overall pick, is best known for his bat and could be another offensive juggernaut in this lineup. George Springer proved to stay healthy last year and is now being touted as one of the American League’s top center fielders. To go along with these blossoming stars, the Astros brought in some key veterans during the offseason. Those players include Brian McCann, Josh Reddick and Carlos Beltran.
The Astros pitching in 2016 didn’t live up to their expectations. Dallas Keuchel didn’t follow up to his 2015 Cy Young campaign as most people were hoping for but remains the ace of the staff, off to a hot start this year at 9-0. Lance McCullers battled injuries last season but there’s plenty to be excited about him if he can stay on the mound all season. The rest of the rotation fills out with Collin McHugh and Mike Fiers. The bullpen features Ken Giles who is expected to be the closer. Luke Gregerson will be the man setting up in the eighth inning.
Whether it’s the short porch in left field or the light pole in center field, Minute Maid Park is filled with exciting baseball. Luxury suites at Minute Maid Park accommodate groups of 14 – 20 guests. A private suite for an Astros game will include VIP parking passes and private entry into the stadium. Inside the suite, you can find first-class amenities such as HDTVs, upscale furnishing, a spacious floor plan, Wi-Fi and premium seating in and extended out of your suite. In-suite catering can be purchased at an additional cost in advance. An Astros suite attendant will also be on hand to help with all your game day necessities. Whether your suite purchase is for business or please, an Astros suite is perfect for any occasion.
While there are a number of sizes and configurations for suites at Minute Maid Park, the typical suite comes with 14 tickets and you can get up to 6 additional standing-room only (SRO) tickets for a maximum capacity of 20 guests. The most common layout for a suite at Minute Maid Park is 14 fixed seats facing the field and 4 high-top barstools also facing the field (with a counter-top where guests can place food and drinks). Additional interior seating in the suite can seat additional guests.
BUDGET FOR A SUITE PURCHASE
There is a wide range in suite cost at Minute Maid Park. Astros games will typically range from $3,000-$5,000, but third party events like concerts can range widely in price. You should also consider the cost on in-suite catering, which is an additional expense and detailed below.
MINUTE MAID PARK CATERING
Special in-suite catering is available in all suites at Minute Maid Park. The menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options. We recommend that you budget between $1,500 and $2,000 on in-suite catering (note: the bill can sometimes go even higher depending on the group size and the amount of alcohol consumed).
DRESS CODE IN THE LUXURY SUITES
There is not a set dress code for the suites. You should consider what others in your group will be wearing, and whether it is a corporate or personal event. Minute Maid Park is climate controlled, as are the luxury suites. The roof is open when the outside temperature falls between 65 and 85 degrees, but is otherwise closed to ensure fans are comfortable.
TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
Suites at Minute Maid Park come with VIP Parking passes. We recommend that you follow the directions on those passes to identify the best entrance for your particular suite.

The stadium opens 2 hours before game-time. This is generally the case for other events at Minute Maid Park as well. Suite ticketholders can use the VIP Entrance located near the Right Field Gate and take elevators directly to the Suite Level.

Suite pricing varies widely based on a number of variables including league, city, team, opponent, time of day, day of week, and suite location.
Day of Week: In general, suites can be slightly more expensive during weekdays (Monday through Thursday) because those days are ideal for corporations to entertain their clients in a suite.
League: NFL suites are the most expensive by because of the limited number of games (8 home games per team).
Suite Location: While just being in a suite is generally seen as the most desirable and luxurious seat in the building, some stadiums and arenas have multiple suite levels. If this is the case, certain clients are willing to pay a premium to be in a lower level suite that is closest to the action on the field. We will give you details on suite location as we provide you with availability for the game you desire.
Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?
With regular tickets, prices will often drop in the days leading up to a game. While every once in a while the same occurs with suites, in general, pricing does not drop before the game. In fact, because of the very limited availability of luxury suites, it is advised to book a suite well in advance, as suites are often not available at the last minute. In addition, in coordinating events for larger groups (suites can hold up to 20 guests or more), it is often necessary to give guests a longer lead time to confirm their availability to attend.
Are there additional expenses I should consider?
If you are hosting guests in your suite, consider allocating enough budget to order catering for your suite. Catering is typically not included in the price of the suite. Suite Experience Group clients typically spend between $1,000-$2,000 for catering, with some clients spending even more if they order significant amounts of alcohol.
Are there discounts if I buy multiple games at once?
Some clients purchase multiple suites in multiple venues at one time. Suite Experience Group can provide special package pricing for clients who buy three or more suites at one time.
How can I maximize my budget?
