Additional Little Caesars Arena Information

Catering

In-suite catering is available for all luxury boxes at Little Caesars Arena. Typically our clients tend to spend about $1,500 on catering, and costs will depend mostly on size of your group, amount of alcohol being consumed, and the type of food you order (ballpark favorites versus higher end fare).

Parking and Transportation

Almost all Little Caesars Arena skyboxes come with VIP parking passes. Follow the directions on your parking passes to identify the best entrance for your particular suite. Ridesharing drop off and pickup is located closest to the Comerica/Southeast Entry and Meijer/Southwest Entry.

Budget

Luxury suites for Detroit Pistons and Detroit Red Wings games typically range from $4,000 to $10,000. Loge boxes usually sell for $1,500 - $2,500. Postseason games will be more expensive. For concerts and other events, prices vary widely based on performer and general demand for the event.

Club Access

LCA was designed with premium spaces as a priority, not an afterthought, so you will not be disappointed by the plethora of clubs accessible to you as a suite ticketholder. There are 6 different clubs in the arena, each with a different vibe and offering.

Dress Code

There's no right answer here, and it ultimately boils down to what others in your group will be wearing. For corporate events, attire may skew more toward business formal, however there is no special dress code for suites. LCA is climate controlled and suites have a coat closet for storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Soft-sided bags smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are allowed in the arena, as well as diaper bags and medical bags. These bags do not need to be clear. All other bags are prohibited from being brought into the arena.

Entrances

There are many entrances to the arena. The VIP entrance is near the Chevrolet/Northeast Entry but you may use any entrance with your suite ticket. All entrances usually open 1.5 hours prior to the start time for Pistons and Red Wings games, however this may vary for concerts and other events.

Child Ticket Policy

For all Detroit Pistons and Red Wings games, children who are 2 years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Any guest under the age of 2 will not need a ticket for entry into Little Caesars Arena for those games. For concerts and other secondary events, the child ticket policy varies. Be sure to ask a suite representative prior to booking. There is no age requirement for attending an event at Little Caesars Arena in a suite or loge.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
