Parking and Transportation

Public transportation is highly encouraged at American Airlines Center; the DART and the Green/ Orange lines stop at the arena (Victory Station). VIP parking for suite holders is in the Lexus Garage adjacent to the arena. The ride-sharing pick-up/drop-off point is located on Star Way and Olive St.

Budget

Private suite rentals at American Airlines Center cost between $2,500-$15,000. Dallas Mavericks (NBA) and Dallas Stars (NHL) suites range from $3,000-$6,000. Prices fluctuate based on team performance, opponent and day of the week. Suite prices for concerts will vary widely based on performer.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have full access to Platinum (Club) Level at American Airlines Center. This includes the Lexus Platinum Club, Effen Vodka Lounge, and the BeachBound Lounge among others. Platinum Level features plenty of cash bars and lounge seating in addition to private restrooms.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for Platinum (suite) Level at American Airlines Arena. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire; however, it is not uncommon for suite patrons to wear casual clothes or team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled with a closest for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

All fans entering American Airlines Center are subject to metal detector screening. Any bags larger then 14"x14"x6" are not allowed into the arena. Laptops and tablets are permitted inside American Airlines Center for Mavericks and Stars games. For concerts, they are typically not allowed.

Entrances

There are three VIP entrances at American Airlines Center: Northeast Platinum Entry (All Star Way across from Lexus Garage); Southeast Platinum Entry (between East Doors and Jack Daniel's Club) and Gold Entry (Olive St.). Gates open 90 minutes before sports games and one hour prior to concerts.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under the age of 2 do not require a separate admission ticket to enter American Airlines Center. Suites provide a safe private environment for families and groups with young children. Strollers are permitted and able to be checked at Guest Relations.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
