Catering

In-suite catering is available for all Sacramento Kings suites. Most Kings Suite, Loft and Balcony Box rentals include a farm to fork food & beverage package (not including alcohol). Additional items can be purchased a-la-carte from the catering menu or from your suite attendant during the event.

Parking and Transportation

Sacramento Kings Loft or Suite parking passes will be provided in the West Garage (325 L St.) in Downtown Sacramento, less than a five minute walk to the exclusive Premium Entrance on L & 6th St. Rideshare options are available with pickup and drop off locations adjacent to Golden 1 Center. Light Rail service is available within blocks of the arena.

Budget

Payment for Suites or Lofts for Sacramento Kings games will be due in full at the time of purchase. If catering is not included, it's best to budget around $100 per person for food and alcohol. Other items you may need to pay at your event will be additional parking and Kings merchandise.

Club Access

Those in a Sacramento Kings suite have exclusive access to 5 private bars. Cask and Alchemy are private lounges segregated off the main suite level. The Elms Bar boasts two locations with full service bars and casual seating. Finally, the Croft Lounge. Croft features a rustic design and full bar.

Dress Code

Sacramento Kings guests in a suite, loft or balcony box at Golden 1 Center enjoy the flexibility to wear the attire of their choosing. For corporate events, dress is typically business casual. For personal events, suite guests tend to dress more casually. When in doubt, ask the host of your suite.

Venue Bag Policy

All bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8" (i.e. purses, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) are prohibited. Bags deemed and accepted as medical bags must be searched and tagged by a security supervisor. Golden 1 Center suites and lofts have a coat closet to store any bags or winter jackets during the event.

Entrances

Gates open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off for Sacramento Kings games. Golden 1 Center has one Premium entrance for Kings suites, lofts and balcony boxes. The Premium entrance is located at the corner of L & 6th St. The Premium entrances will allow for expedited access to your suite, loft or balcony box.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under twenty-four months of age are admitted free of charge in Golden 1 Center. That's provided they sit on an adult's lap. Any child 2 or older will need a separate ticket. Strollers can be left at Guest Services Station near Section 109 on Plaza Level and Section 207 on Bridge Level.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
