Catering

Detroit Pistons Suites and Loges can be fully catered in advance at an additional cost. Following your suite purchase, you'll be able to arrange for this ahead of your game. On average, most people spend about $100-$150 per person, though costs depend on the size of your group, how much alcohol you order, and the type of food you choose.

Parking and Transportation

Detroit Pistons luxury suites will include 3 VIP parking passes with each Pistons suite rental, while the Pistons Loge Boxes will come with 1 pass. VIP parking is located in the Little Caesars Arena Garage, which has a private entrance into Little Caesers Arena for suite ticket holders.

Budget

A Detroit Pistons suite or loge rental can cost between $2,500-$12,000 per game, with loges on the lower end of that range. In-suite catering is an additional cost, billed on game day — typically around $100-$150 per person for a full spread with alcohol.

Club Access

The Detroit Pistons and Little Caesars Arena offer many exclusive spaces to mingle. There are 6 different clubs in LCA, each with a different vibe and offering.

Dress Code

When in a Pistons suite, there is no strict dress code. For corporate events, attire may skew more toward business formal, however, most LCA suites will feature fans wearing Pistons fan gear. All Pistons luxury suites are climate controlled and suites have a coat closet for storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Soft-sided bags smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are allowed in to Little Caesars Arena, as well as diaper bags and medical bags. These bags do not need to be clear. All other bags including hard-sided bags and bags larger than the dimensions mentioned are prohibited from being brought into the arena.

Entrances

Those with a Pistons luxury suite ticket can enter Little Caesars Arena through a VIP entrance. One VIP entrance is near the Chevrolet/Northeast Entry and the other is directly from the LCA Garage. However, any gate is fine to use. For Pistons games, LCA gates will open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off.

Child Ticket Policy

For all Detroit Pistons games, children who are 2 years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Any guest under the age of 2 will not need a ticket for entry into Little Caesars Arena. There is no age requirement for attending a Pistons game in a suite or loge.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
