Catering

Catering isn't included with a Dallas Mavericks suite, but food and drinks can be pre-ordered ahead of the game. Once you've booked your suite, you can place an in-suite catering order, and you won't be charged until after the game. Most guests spend $100-$150 per person, though ordering is entirely optional with no minimum.

Parking and Transportation

VIP parking for Dallas Mavericks suite ticket holders is in the Lexus Garage adjacent to the arena. A physical or mobile pass is required for entry. The ride-sharing pick-up/drop-off point is located on Star Way and Olive St. Street parking is limited and public transportation is encouraged.

Budget

A Dallas Mavericks suite at American Airlines Center typically runs $5,000-$25,000 per game, with pricing driven by the opponent, the date, and which suite level you choose. The rental is paid in full when you book. Beyond the suite itself, plan for catering — an optional, no-minimum add-on that most groups run at $100-$150 per person — plus any extra parking passes or Mavericks merchandise.

Club Access

Included with a Mavericks suite is exclusive access to the Platinum (Club) Level at American Airlines Center. This includes the Lexus Platinum Club, Effen Vodka Lounge, and the BeachBound Lounge among others. Platinum Level features cash bars and lounge seating in addition to private restrooms.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for the suite levels at American Airlines Center. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire but shorts, jeans, hats or any Mavericks gear is perfectly fine. Comfortable shoes are also encouraged. Suites are climate-controlled with a closest for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

If you are attending a Mavericks game in a suite, all fans entering AAC are subject to metal detector screenings. Any bags larger then 14"x14"x6" are not allowed into the arena. Laptops and tablets are permitted inside the arena for Mavericks games. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Entrances

There are three VIP entrances at the American Airlines Center: Northeast Platinum Entry (All Star Way across from Lexus Garage); Southeast Platinum Entry (between East Doors and Jack Daniel's Club) and Gold Entry (Olive St.). All gates open 90 minutes before Dallas Mavericks games.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under the age of 2 do not require a separate admission ticket to enter American Airlines Center. Dallas Mavericks suites provide a safe private environment for families and groups with young children. Strollers are permitted and are able to be checked at Guest Relations inside AAC.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
