Catering

Suites at Xfinity Mobile Arena can be fully catered for any event, though food and beverage isn't included in the suite price. After booking, you'll pre-order from the suite menu so everything's ready when you arrive, with the option to add more during the event. Billing takes place on the day of the event, and most groups spend $100-$150 per person. There's no minimum, and ordering is entirely optional.

Parking and Transportation

At Xfinity Mobile Arena, all parking passes are digital and will be assigned to a specific lot. Most VIP parking passes that are included with a suite will be for Lot H, which is closest to the Hyundai Suite Entrance. Other premium lots at XMA include Lot C, D, and E.

Budget

Suite prices at Xfinity Mobile Arena vary widely by event. Philadelphia Flyers games typically range from $2,700-$7,000 and 76ers games from $4,000-$12,000, while concerts vary by artist — often $5,000-$14,000 or more for major tours. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Food and beverage is not included in the suite price — budget roughly $100-$150 per person, ordered separately and billed on game day. Other costs to factor in may include parking and merchandise.

Club Access

Those with a suite ticket will have access to the Cadillac Grille, a private restaurant/lounge located on the Club Suite Level. Also with a suite ticket, you can also access the Cure Insurance Club. Cure features local dining options, including Chickie & Pete's and Campos Cheesesteaks.

Dress Code

Headed to Xfinity Mobile Arena and not sure what to wear in a luxury suite? XMA doesn't enforce a dress code for any suite level. Business casual is most common, but we recommend dressing based on the nature of your event. Philadelphia 76ers and Flyers fan gear like jerseys, shirts, and hats is perfectly acceptable.

Venue Bag Policy

Xfinity Mobile Arena utilizes walk-through metal detectors for all concerts or Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers games. XMA staff will visually inspect all bags prior to entering. Any type of bag or backpack larger than 14" X 14" X 6" will not be allowed into the arena. Hand clutches that do no exceed 4.5"x6.5" are permitted but subject to security inspection. Lockers are available for prohibited bags on the 11th Street side of the venue. Lockers are limited and subject to availability.

Entrances

If you're attending a Philadelphia Flyers or 76ers game in a luxury suite, be sure to use the Hyundai Suite Entrance. This will also apply to any concerts at XMA as well. You can find the suite entrance across from Lot H, on Xfinity Mobile Arena's side of Pattison Avenue. Additionally, suite ticketholders can also use the Premium Access Entrance across from Lot C, facing Broad Street.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket for a 76ers or Flyers game. Those under two will be required to sit on a lap of a paying customer. Any child 2 years or older will require a separate ticket for entry. Guests are encouraged not to bring strollers but they are allowed into suites.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
