Catering

Most suites at Mortgage Matchup Center come inclusive of food and beverages (beer, wine, soft drinks, and water). A buffet and drinks are served in a shared hospitality space for suite ticketholders, with a cash bar available for cocktails and liquor. The catering team curates a rotating buffet menu ahead of each event.

Parking and Transportation

Mortgage Matchup Center suites will typically, but not always, come with an allocation of VIP parking passes valid in the Mortgage Matchup Center Garage. This is a 5-story garage connected to the arena (entrance at 1st Street and Madison St.). A second garage, Jefferson Street Garage, is also a good option for Mortgage Matchup Center guests.

Budget

Suite rentals at Mortgage Matchup Center are due in full at the time of purchase and range from about $2,500 to $20,000 depending on the event. Food and beverages are included in a shared hospitality space for most suites, so many guests won't need to budget for additional catering. Other expenses to expect include gratuity for your suite attendant, parking, concessions, and souvenirs.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for the suite level at the Mortgage Matchup Center. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire; however, it is more common to see suite guests in team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled and feature a closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks, coolers, and other large bags are not permitted inside the Mortgage Matchup Center. Single-compartment drawstring bags, small purses, diaper bags, and other soft-side bags under 14"x14"x6" are permitted after being subject to inspection. Strollers are permitted on suite level.

Entrances

Phoenix Suns suite ticket holders can enter the Mortgage Matchup Center up to 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Upon entry, guests can use the escalators in the Pavilion to access Suite Level A and Suite Level B. For secondary events, be sure to ask a suite representative about entrance times.

Child Ticket Policy

For a Phoenix Suns game, children 36 months and older must have a ticket to enter the Mortgage Matchup Center. Children under 36 months of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on a parent or guardian's lap. For non-Suns events, all attendees regardless of age must have a ticket.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
