Additional Enterprise Center Information

Catering

Suites at Enterprise Center don't include food or beverage unless a package is listed with your specific suite. Catering can be ordered in advance to your concert or St. Louis Blues game from the suite menu or brought in from stadium vendors. Ordering is optional with no minimum — most groups spend around $125 per person.

Parking and Transportation

St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center VIP parking is located in Kiel Parking Garage attached to the arena. A digital parking pass is required to enter the parking garage. You can access this garage on Clark Ave. and 16th St. There are also drop off/pick up options on Market St. and Clark Ave.

Budget

Suite prices at Enterprise Center vary widely by event. St. Louis Blues games typically range from $4,500-$12,000, while concerts and family shows vary based on the event. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. In-suite catering is a separate cost — most groups spend around $125 per person, though it's optional with no minimum. Other costs to factor in may include parking and souvenirs.

Dress Code

There's no dress code for suite guests at Enterprise Center. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire, while most fans come in gear supporting the St. Louis Blues or artist. Suites are climate-controlled and feature a closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Prohibited Bags at the Enterprise Center includes backpacks (of any type or function), coolers, hard-sided bags, luggage, and any bag larger than 16” x 16” are strictly prohibited and cannot be stored or checked on-site. Small clutches measuring no larger than 6” x 4” x 1.5” are permitted and may be subject to visual inspection.

Entrances

Enterprise Center has 5 gates for entry. Gate 4 is reserved exclusively for suite and club seat holders — located on the 4th level (the Club Level) of the attached Kiel Parking Garage. For most St. Louis Blues games, gates open 90 minutes before puck drop. For concerts or family shows at Enterprise Center, most gates will open 1 hour prior to the event.

Child Ticket Policy

For a St. Louis Blues game, any guest age 3 or older needs a ticket for entry into Enterprise Center. For concerts and family events, the age requirement can vary by performer or show, so it's best to confirm before booking what applies to the event you're interested in.

From the very beginning, my experience with SEG was positive. Whether it was Brian Jeffcoat assisting me with questions through the reservation process during the weekend, the other representatives providing me additional details, and confirming with me the email address as to where the tickets would be transferred to, really made my experience with SEG great.

The suite was great and everything was well done. The hostess (Alicia) was very attentive and professional. The correspondence in advance of the event was very efficient. All in all a great experience. One point: All of us, once we had entered the stadium, despite having studied the floorplan, had a hard time finding the suite - in general the stadium ushers had no clue. It took our guests and over half an hour to finally get there. I don't know if there is a fix for this.

Really disappointing. While the booking experience was easy, the logistics around the game were problematic. The game was moved up an hour form 7:10 till 6:10 and the did not do so till 3:30 pm day of game. Despite the game being moved up the suite opening time did not. We were not allowed in the suite till 5:45 , a mere 25 minutes before game time. When we got there it was not set up - the beverages were room temp - not ice, not food out just pretzels....Our attendant ( not her fault) was covering many suites not just ours. when food finally came ...things like no ketchup, no forks etc. were not easily resolved as she was running around and taking care of many other suites,
