What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Parking and Transportation

Premium parking passes within close proximity to the venue are included with all suite purchases. Your guests will also enjoy the convenience of digital parking passes that can be easily transferred to someone else if desired.

Club Access

In addition to the Executive Suite levels, Luxury Suite ownership affords you access to the climate-controlled Silver Club Lounges on the 300 level of Bank of America Stadium to further enhance your game day experience.

Venue Bag Policy

The only permitted bags at Bank of America Stadium are transparent bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and purses, bags or clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5. All bags will be inspected at bag check locations prior to entry. Larger bags or wristlets will not be permitted.

Entrances

Arrive in style as your Luxury Suite will grant you and your guests access to three private Luxury Suite entrances, located at the North, South and East gates of Bank of America Stadium.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 12 months and younger are required to have a ticket for each event.

Mobile Ticketing

Bank of America Stadium utilizes mobile ticketing powered by Ticketmaster, providing your guests with a convenient and seamless ticketing experience. Easily forward your tickets to others from your mobile device.

Diverse and expansive food & beverage options available through Levy Restaurants. You will have the option to pre-order prior to arrival or you can order on match day before and during the match.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.

The customer care team that followed up with me after I purchased the tickets through the event were amazing! Super prompt, and responsive to requests and questions. Things were such a breeze and I felt totally supported in hosting this little event for a family birthday. The only thing that didn’t go quite right was the sports venue forgot to remove the bolted seat to accommodate a guest with a disability but we made it work. The SEG group wouldn’t have been able to control this as I do know they facilitated confirming this accommodation could be made, and did made the request to the venue. Other than that, the whole experience was flawless, a super fun time and I’m very grateful I found SEG to have this Suite experience!

My only suggestion is that you have better coordination between your company and the suite owner relative to booking a former MLB to be present at future games That is the only area where I thought your company could have done a better job. I was looking for a suite for the G-Dragon concert at Crypto and found Suite Experience Group. Hands down the best decision I could’ve made. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The food was mediocre at best. The hot dishes had been sitting for a while before we arrived. The fries were cold and greasy, and the garlic knots were dry and inedible. For the price we paid, the food was very disappointing, even for bar food.

Positive: The experience was great and the team was responsive to all of my requests. Very strong customer service. The bad: The fact that all ordering and authorizations are done via a manual process that requires and individual to print the documents, complete, scan and email back is really frustrating. Creating a portal that allows for ordering / payment to be done electronically is needed.

The whole experience was top notch. Kristina who helped me with all my questions leading up to the event was extremely helpful and was quick to get back to me. JoJo, our Suite Hostess on the day was the best hostess I have ever had. She catered to every one of my guests to make sure they had everything they needed. She was always one step ahead of me. The other staff we encountered in and around the suites were polite and courteous. We have booked suites before in the past and one of those times we did not have a great hostess which can really affect the experience. This time I have to say the experience was exceptional.

I liked the VIP parking and easy walk to the elevator and suites. This was perfect for my dad who couldn’t walk far due to his lung transplant. The bathrooms were clean and not busy. There was even a dessert cart. I wasn’t able to tune in the tv from the app on my phone and I was lazy to ask for assistance. We just enjoyed the wonderful ambiance and the game. Thanks so much!! Hannnah and Kristina were helpful answering all of our questions. Hannah was so responsive even on the weekend when we had questions.

Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

I love the quick response and the support from the organization. I also love the professional and the loge experience. The thing that I like the least is that concerning the fruit platter was not super fresh and the other platter was supposed to be different kind of bites, but we only get one kind. Maybe it was a misunderstanding from my end. But it was a very very small matter compared to what my family and I we experienced, it was an amazing experience to be in the loge and the person who served us was very professional and great service.

What we appreciated most: - Ease of planning - Zero issues with tickets, venue, service, invoicing, billing, payment - Suite was ready and prepped when we arrived - Staff on site and through support very responsive and helpful What would we improve: - When we got the tickets, distributing them was time consuming. This is an add service we would pay for. - If we understood how to put our corporate logo in the space, maybe we would have paid for a "brand placement" package where we give SE our logo and get some table tent cards etc so we could have a prepackaged brand presence Other than that - amazing!

Suite was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The beers were buried in the ice, so we had to dig those out but they were very cold! Food was exceptional from the shrimp cocktail to the sliders to the Oreo dip. Suite attendants were attentive and great to work with.

The suite and experience was fantastic. We are very happy. The only issue I had was with before. I felt like SEG could have done a better job with communicating on how everything would work. For example, we went back and forth on food on several emails. I was concerned that we missed something along the way. It would have been nice if SEG was well informed on how the process would work. Also, we had an in suite person the whole night which was amazing...but I had no idea he would be there and didn't have cash for a tip. Regardless, great experience and I would use you again. I think this is my second time using you.

The reserving of the suite was very easy. The communication from the SEG team was very helpful and helped me to know what to expect. The suite itself was great for watching the game and visiting with guests. Our suite attendant was great - very attentive. Liked least would probably just be not having an option to easily bring some food to-go. I actually meant to bring a few baggies or plastic containers for guests, but forgot on the day.

The location of the suite was perfect. The amount of room within the suite, the TV’s and the comfort of the seats as well as the view from the seats was awesome. I was hoping the suite would have a little more air flow/air conditioning as it was a hot and muggy day. When we left the suite door open a little more cool air did seem to flow.

EVERY aspect of our suite experience was marvelous. It started with our Suite Attendant- Steve Casper. Steve did a fantastic job of tending to our every need. He was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed it, though the price is a bit steep when adding on guests for no added benefit (+1 parking pass or something / anything?) The seating was sufficient and cleanliness was great. Being all first time suite guests, I do wish the Host would have explained a few things we didnt notice until we were leaving like the phone to request service and additional remotes to control other equipment that we werent aware we could use. We just waited on the Host to return to ask for additional items which was a tad slow along with delivery of the add-on drinks. Otherwise it was a fun experience.

What I liked most: - The show itself with the Rolling Stones was great - The food quality was great - The suite was very clean What I did not like: - The parking attendant at SoFi insisted on collecting $100 cash from us to park our oversized vehicle - The suite was exceptionally difficult to find, because after asking several SoFi employees, nobody knew where section 7E was on the map - The catering order was delivered in batches and we only received the last half of the order 3 hours after arriving in the suite - There are not enough attendants on the premises serving the suites -- it is cumbersome to order additional drinks during the show - The traffic leaving SoFi was very bad

What a great suite - P17!! From the entry all the way to the suite - the staff on site was so helpful and friendly. Upon entering they helped me scan in 24 clients, then a women sang to my group while we were waiting for the elevator up to the suite. The hostess who helped us in the suite was so friendly we had someone that was Vegan and we didn't have enough food options so she was super helpful in securing some additional food items for our client. The suite was clean and bright. Even though there wasn't a bathroom in the suite it was right across the hall for easy access. The venue had outside lockers for those of us women who brought bags/laptops and purses which was super easy to use, the attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to secure one before and after the game. Overall the whole experience was a positive one! I definitely recommend the KIA Center for company activation's.

Initially after purchase, I was a little unsure how and when I'd receive the tickets and parking passes. I waited about a week and then sent an email asking. Our experience with SEG was really tremendous. The communication from SEG's team was top notch and they quickly answered any questions we had along the way. The only MINOR complaint was that the catering menu for Spectrum Center was maybe a smidge outdated, as they didn't have some of the items we'd initially wanted and the prices were a little higher than originally listed. However, that is nitpicking. It was terrific all the way around and we'll certainly look to use SEG again, both for personal use and for entertaining clients of my business.

Easy to book and receive the tickets. The parking pass was a little confusing in the garage. It was hard to see where exactly we are supposed to park and then once we did find it our spot was already taken by a different car and we didn't want to get a ticket by parking somewhere else in the suite holder area. We weren't given a special pass and there were no parking attendants to talk to.

The whole process leading up to the event was very straight forward. Communication between all parties was professional and personal. I didn’t feel like I was ordering some big cooperate investment. The one thing that was a downfall was the inability to buy more seats, or for standing room guests since the suite was large and the price point was a little high. Otherwise, everything else was amazing and it encourages me to book further suites for future events

We love the SEG group! I love that I can see suite packages and availability quickly through the website. When I go directly through a stadium, there is always a long wait and back and forth. It sometimes takes weeks to book something, whereas with SEC I can book the same day with no issues. Hannah is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond for S&P Global. Fun experience. The food was good; the service was so-so. We saw our waiter one time. The Desert cart never came by the suite. I don't like the that the service tip is automatically added, because I would not have given that much of a tip. I saw my credit card was charged, but I never got an electronic itemized receipt. I need it for accounting. Price was reasonable for a 10 person suite.

I enjoyed the turnkey nature of the process. I admit going into the event, I had my reservations. The ease of accessing tickets, all follow-up from the SEG team was extremely EXTREMLY timely, and my customers were very happy with the experience. All the food and drinks were ready and available as well. The fact I could book such a high-end event with such ease was the most impressive part to me. I wouldn't say I disliked anything about the event. Rather a question on the edikit of the tipping for the final receipt would be helpful. I was confused what to tip since there was a service fee included. Typically, I would assume 20% if this was a meal, but with the service fee I didn't know if that included the attendant or not? Plus, while the attendant was helpful, I wasn't sure 20% was really appropriate. So just some help on guardrails of the tip would be helpful for 1st timers. TY

We had quite a bit of leftovers. Would suggest the short ribs were served in a way that was easier to eat. Perhaps to be sliced for easier serving? The items that were not very popular were the CA Wedge, Roasted Cauliflower & the popcorn & peanuts. We had asked for containers but were told that due to covid they couldn't provide any. Anything (maybe foil) or rubber bands so we could have put 2 paper plates together as a container, would have been helpful. Everyone's favorite were the Pretzels and Cheese and Poke Nachos.

This year our family decided to splurge and get a suite for the Christmas day Warriors game. My niece found your company/website. We've never done something like this and now we're glad we did. The suite location (center court) was amazing. A great venue for our families Christmas day. The website and correspondence was straight forward. Given I have never worked with SEG, I was pleased with the suite being what I thought it would be, especially when I was the one fronting the $$$ on behalf of our entire family. More importantly, they all had an exceptional time. Something they will never forget. The correspondence was great as we worked through putting this date together. The experience and customer service was top notch. No issues in that department. What I liked the least about renting this suite, which has nothing to do with you all but I figure I let you know for future reference. We rented the suite for personal reasons, mainly so my dad could have a good experience being that he is a disabled veteran and needs room to be comfortable. The issue I had were the fans below us banging on the walls and would not stop when we asked. For someone with a war background(ptsd) it kind of sounded like bombs going off because the sound just echoed in the suite. For people paying that much money for the suite experience should not be subjected to that. We couldnt fully enjoy the game. That should be one of the things not allowed because it makes for a bad experience.

The 100% digital tickets did not work well, in fact I was unable to park in my assigned spot in the garage because the ticket I presented was not accepted and I was told I cant hold up traffic! Things went really smoothly. However, a part of that is because I used it before. Everyone was super nice and answered questions, but I would have loved a time line upfront, like X days before the event you will get tickets, by X days before the event you need to submit the food order. I was a bit stressed about that my first time. Also, I had one day to plan and send details for catering. I feel that could be sent earlier with a reminder a couple days before it's due. Luckily, I remembered what we got last time, but it still felt like a tight turnaround.

Our customers loved the premium suite and the atmosphere at the SoFi stadium. The stadium did a good job with the other logistics (connectivity to the TV screen, transporting gifts to the suite prior to the same, scheduling an onsite visit to test connectivity etc.). Hannah from SEG was always prompt & responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process (from the initial booking to the coordination with the stadium & other follow-ups). The part that we didn't like (more about the stadium/suite) was that there was no partition between the suite & the stadium seating which meant we weren't able to make the presentation to our customers that we wanted to. The traffic arrangements (again stadium related) could've been better (but then this was LA).

I loved that we were able to bypass the long lines to get to our suite. I wish I had known of the level we would be at and the accessibility of getting there since we had a couple of guest with physical liabilities. I also liked that we were able to open up the suite to be able to sit inside and still see everything. I would only do this again if we were sharing costs with other families.

It was beautiful and amazing. I disliked that the bathroom was a bit away due to construction our closets bathroom was closed. Was a bit scary that the glass in the front was so low almost didn’t even notice there was no glass a bit scary when I got a bit too close and noticed.

We had a WONDERFUL experience working with you setting up our suite for the Phillies-Angels game. I was blown away by how responsive your entire staff was - I asked several questions over many weeks as I planned this surprise for my husband's 65th birthday. Every, single time I emailed, I received a response within an hour! Even late at night! I primarily worked with Kristina Krummen and Hannah Koski and both of them were SO nice and helpful every step of the way. I told my husband how they made me feel like I was their most important client! Thank you for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. - The day of the game could not have been more perfect. The suite, the east of tickets, parking, food/drink ordering, service, etc. -- and even the weather - was absolutely perfect! My family thinks I am a hero for giving them such an amazing experience. Awesome experience partnering with you guys. I had come across the SEG website several times in the past but never pulled the trigger. I definitely plan to work with you guys again in the future. The only constructive feedback I have for you is the SRO situation. When I work directly with a team/arena/stadium, I have the ability of purchasing SROs up until a couple hours before tipoff. This would have come in handy as we had a lot of demand for this game, but given that the SROs were so pricey, i didn't want to buy them all upfront without knowing if we could yet fill them. Second, the suite had "Welcome Rodan + Fields!" on the TVs - I had asked them to either change the channel or turn of the tvs (since we are K1, not Rodan + Fields), and it took them a bit longer than what would have been ideal.

The process was seamless and Kristina was very attentive to questions and follow-up. The one comment I have is the distribution of tickets got a little wonky. Receiving Suite tickets, add'l seat tickets and parking passes from various sources and then having to send back out to Clients that don't always have the Ticketmaster or Sixer app got a little messy, but doable.

I liked that it was easy to select a suite and pretty simple to select the food and drinks I wanted. The service in the suite was really good too. I didn't like that I get the run around each time about getting the physical tickets when I know they are available. I always bring my customers who are older and aren't the up to speed with the new technology of getting tickets. Luckily have asking enough times I received the physical tickets.

What I liked the most: separate entrance for suite holder tickets, attendant (Krystal) was amazing, customer service of the stadium staff - in particular the suite staff, fully stocked suite What I liked the least: ticket seats labeled 1-16 but actual seats were labeled 1-4 (each row had seats numbered as 1-4 making it difficult for people to understand their assigned seats), suite location was higher up than expected, food was good but not as good as anticipated

We loved everything about working through Suite Exchange and about the experience at the game. First class, professional and an amazing experience. The theater box dining area is like a 5 star restaurant. My guests were so impressed. And it just kept getting better. Valerie, our waitress, kept us on schedule with appetizers, beverages, dinner, snacks and desserts. It was just amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone having the opportunity to work with Suite Exchange. It was well worth the price for our special occasion. It will be hard to watch a Warriors game any other way.

We love SEG!! Brian is always so helpful and a great partner to figuring out what is best for our customers and Hannah is a DREAM - such quick response and helpful! The only thing I'd love more of us is ticket access (Masters, Indy 500, etc) - the more we can get VIP tickets when a suite isn't what we need for the experience the better! A nice to have would be some way to put our company name on the suite - because we rent existing suites it sometimes can get confusing for our guests.

-the service was amazing and staff the whole time planning was super responsive and helpful -it was hard to find the suite. A map ahead of time with directions to get there would be helpful to send guests. Same with options for parking or walking in. -there were so many food options it was hard to decide! I guess it's a good problem but a “best sellers” or “most eaten” list would be helpful. For instance the ciabatta sandwich barely got touched.

The quick responses were huge for me. Brian and Hannah communicated quickly and the transactions were quick and easy. Not a big deal but my least favorite part of the transaction was that when getting the parking passes transferred I wasn't able to secure the VIP lot pass for black car service which my group and I always take. I was able to reach out to my contact with the Raiders/Allegiant Stadium and get a VIP lot pass added to my account so it worked out but I think a great addition to your service would be to have that added by the actual leaseholder when transferring their parking passes. They can receive those from the stadium. Regular parking passes don't allow black car service to enter so if you don't have that you technically have to get dropped off on the street instead of being allowed into the lot. This is how it is at Allegiant Stadium and may not be the policy at other stadiums.

I only use Suite Experience Group to book suites at my favorite venue Angels Stadium. This last purchase was my second with them and it was fabulous. I took my family to see an Angels vs. Mariners game on June 5 in the dugout suites. [...] it was amazing experience and once in a lifetime really (plus it scored well with my Facebook friends) [...] The dugout suite private bathroom was a hit though! SEG's Hannah was so incredibly helpful. I booked the suite online and was contacted by her less than an hour later with details. The tickets were electronically sent to me and became visible in the MLB app on my phone. That same app is what was used to gain entrance to the facility, dugout suites area, and the actual suite. Hannah made all the food reservations for me and everything went flawless. Later this summer, I will book my third Angels suite with this company as a company picnic for my office staff. And it will be booked through SEG.

I loved the fact that there was shelter from any type of weather. I loved the view of the field / game from the suite and from the outside seating. I loved the personal bathroom and the fact that I had access to electrical sockets / sink / fridge. The suite experience allowed my toddler to join and have the ability to roam instead of remaining seated. What I liked the least was not having access to close the suite door from the outside.

Even though there was a light warmer it didn't help. I would suggest a heated cart to transport the food in and possibly pizza thermal bags to keep it hot.

Once we booked the suite, we were put in touch with Hannah who was wonderful to work with. She took care of all of our needs from tickets to food service, etc. Wonderful experience. The suite was lovely and spacious and food service was great, although expensive. My least favorite part of the experience was the cost of the suite for personal use. With the Red Wings doing so poorly, I thought the suite would be a lesser cost.

Most - Service was great! Our server was really good. Prompt and attentive. Guests loved it. Seemed to have a really good time. Least - the bathrooms were not prepared for our guests. There was limited toilet tissue and hand towles. No Kleenex, and the lady said it was up to the suite owner to provide those. Food was good, but was very slow to come out, and we had to keep requesting. It was not prepared on time. Difficult to see other end of the field. Great view of one end, but couldn't see all.

Overall presentation, layout of room, ability to comfortably move around the room.Unfortunately after the light went when the show started, it was very difficult to see anything in the room, specifically at the center bar area and at the beverage refrigerator. Some small area specific low lumen LED lights would help to make visibility a little better. My parents who are senior citizens had trouble seeing what food was available during the show and walking down the steps for the lower suite seats.

Getting the suite ordered and confirmed was easy. Getting the tickets was easy and Hannah did a great job helping me. What I really hated was how expensive the food was and how little we got. I spent more than a thousands dollars for two cheap pizzas and were not large, a salad and some pop corn and three six packs of beer and soda. I needed to have a few more pizzas in the order, and since what was provided was so small I had to order a lot more food for another $600 bucks.

Overall, rather easy... would be nice to have an online order form instead of filling out an excel sheet. Also, would have been nice to know there was a $750 food minimum with the suite... not a big deal as we spent that much, but would have been nice if you guys were more transparent about that. The only negative was we weren't allowed to park our party bus in the B/C parking lot where we had our parking passes. Parking, and getting into the stadium was an issue. It was also a long wait to get into the stadium for the field passes. More info and logistics on that process would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was great. Suite Experience is always very knowledgeable about what type of suite would best suit our needs. View and service. Lonnie provided excellent service with a fabulous smile and attitude. The convenience of watching the game and immediate service can't be beat, my family loved it. What I least liked was, upon arrival we did not have an attendant scheduled. We were told they were short staffed. Ultimately they made up for it with Lonnie. Also, charges for popcorn, that appeared to be included in the rental since we did not ask for it, were applied to our bill. Overall pricing was extreme but that is my lesson learned

Accommodations and the process were easy. Only complaint is that the staff at Mercedes Benz gave incorrect information concerning the use of “live” tickets needed after entry. I don't understand why they wouldn't issue printed tickets once you scan in so that you can move freely without everyone having to download the app on their phone.

Wanted to get a suite at Angels Stadium to entertain a few of my more valued employees. Getting a suite direct from the ball park seemed like a chore. Nothing was listed on the team's website. SEG made it quite easy. Just like other ticket websites, their's listed the available suites, the approximate location, and cost for each game. After all was said and done, they coordinated with the ball park all the food and beverages and everything was as they stated and came out perfect. The only two issues I had were a bit of a communications issue with their staff asking for the same thing twice. No big deal. And my Angels losing the game. Overall 5 star service.

The whole experience was great! All staff was very responsive and helpful. The only suggestion is to have an alternative method of getting the tickets instead of using the Ballpark app. Not everyone wanted to use the app and then accounts got linked and it was hard to determine which tickets were still available for use. Probably a lot of operator error on our part but having a way to print the tickets at home would have been preferred.

She even took care of my food order for the suite, and it was ready when we got there. All I had to do was sign the receipt. I wanted to do something special for a group of friends that helped me through some difficult times. Giving the gift of music to see Jeff Lynn's ELO would be the perfect show. This was the easiest experience that I have ever had with a suite acquisition for an event. Interestingly enough, i was coordinating two events at the same time. This one was set for a friday (Lakers) and a different event for Saturday (Dodgers) with a different company. This experience was, by far, easier and worked perfectly. Ultimately, the Saturday event with the other company worked well too but we had constant back and forth to get things right. With your company it was simple and quick - although pretty expensive.

I loved how responsive they were and how easy it was to get everything set up. I can honestly say the experience was great all around. This was for a company function and I didn't receive approval until the Monday before the Thursday night game. The suite experience was fantastic, from the staff to the accommodations the suite we chose had a great view of the game all the amenities we could ask for. The tickets were a little unclear how to access the space which was a little frustrating to start the event but eventually we were directed to the right place. Awesome experience! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the Cowboys’ game in a touchdown suite and it was a wonderful experience! Her friends are all still talking about it 5 months later! The suite was first class, the catering was 5 star and the seats were perfect! When the players came into the end zone to huddle they even said “hi” to my daughter & her friends. Then there was the Miller Lite Club. The girls had an opportunity to see the players go through the players’ tunnel close and up front. Needless to say, we will be back next season.
