Club Level Suite

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase at the United Center. Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the suite menu. Most suites do not include catering. On average, clients spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol, however, there is no catering minimum and it is optional.

Parking and Transportation

Suite rentals at the United Center come with four parking passes per game. Lot C and Lot K are designated for those in a suite. All other lots (A, D, F, L or MXC) are open to the public and are cash lots. There are no designated drop-off or pick-up areas outside of the arena.

Budget

Suite prices at the United Center vary widely by event and suite level. For Chicago Blackhawks games, prices will usually be around $4,000 - $13,000. While Bulls games range from $3,000 - $10,000 typically. Lower Level Suites will be the most expensive followed by Club Level and then Penthouse Suites.

Dress Code

How you dress in a suite should depend on the nature of the event and the wishes of your host. If it's a corporate event, many guests in the luxury box will likely be dressed in business casual attire. However, it's not uncommon for guests to wear their favorite team gear with jeans and sneakers.

Venue Bag Policy

The NBA has enacted a rule prohibiting bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" from being brought into NBA arenas. For safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks and laptops.

Entrances

VIP Entrances are located at Gate 2 1/2 on Madison Street or Gate 6 1/2 on Adams Street. Next to each gate entrance there are elevators and stairs that will take you and your guests up to all three suite levels. For Bulls and Blackhawks games, gates open 90 minutes prior to the game.

Child Ticket Policy

For all sporting events at United Center, children under 36" do not require a ticket to the arena or suites. Any child 36" or taller must have a ticket to enter. All guests, including children, are required to have a ticket for all concert events. There is no age requirement for being in a suite.
