What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Additional Comerica Park Information

Catering

Detroit Tigers suite can be catered with your favorite foods and drinks at an additional cost. Tigers suite guests can pre-order at their discretion from the Comerica Park suite menu. On average, clients spend about $85 per person on food and alcohol, however, there is no minimum and it's optional.

Parking and Transportation

If you received parking passes with your Detroit Tigers luxury suite, they are most likely valid in the Tigers Garage at 250 E. Fisher Street. All group buses may park on eastbound Fisher between Woodward and Brush and on Brush north of Fisher free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

Budget

A single-game Tigers luxury suite will be between $2,250-$5,000 on average. Food and beverage will be an additional cost and it's best to budget around $85 per person for in-suite catering. Detroit Tigers suite pricing will vary based on the game, day of the week, and suite size/location.

Dress Code

In a Detroit Tigers luxury suite, there is no particular dress code at Comerica Park. Jerseys, hats or any Tigers fan gear is perfectly fine to wear. If it's a corporate outing, it's common to dress in business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Tigers suites are climate-controlled.

Venue Bag Policy

All bags must be smaller than 16" x 16" x 8." Backpacks will not be allowed into the ballpark. This includes those in a Tigers luxury suite. For expedited entry it is recommended to leave all bags at home.

Entrances

The Tigers VIP Suites Entrance is located on the 3rd Floor of the Tiger Parking Garage (250 E. Fisher Street). Additional VIP Entrances can be found at the MotorCity Casino Hotel Tiger Club (between Gates A and B), the Tiger Den, and the Champions Club. VIP gates open 2 hours prior to first pitch.

Child Ticket Policy

Children who are 3 years old or younger and who share a seat with an accompanying adult are admitted free of charge for Detroit Tigers games. Any child older will need a ticket even if in a Tigers suite. Diaper bags are permitted into Comerica Park. Bags must be under 16" x 16" x 8".

Club Access

The Jim Beam Champions Club is one of the most exclusive spaces in Comerica Park. Jim Beam Champions Club tickets give you access to the ballpark 2 hours prior to first pitch as well as all-inclusive food and beverages options served in the lounge area.

Business Amenities

The luxury suites at Comerica Park are the ideal setting to host your next business meeting or client entertainment event. Your suite attendant will be on site to cater to your every need so that you can focus on socializing with your colleagues and clients.

Didn’t like. That the fireplace was out and the attendant told me it’s been out for years and they won’t fix. What I really hate is for the second time renting a suite at lca after 10 min they come and start harassing you to leave. 18 people packing up food saying good bye and they want to go home. It’s rude. I never have anyone riding me out of any other venue. We had guys coming to push us out after queen years ago.

Our experience in the Bungalow Suites was outstanding! We weren't aware that we would have access to the Lexus or Citi suites with our ticket. Our suite host recommended we watch the players run onto the court from the Lexus suite which was so much fun to watch. My clients loved the event, the ability to go to our room at any time and back up to our amazing seats. The suite support and their customer service was stellar and I'll definitely be hosting another event in the Bungalow suites!

The suite space, location and watching experience was ideal and allowed for my friends and I to socialize and have the best time without missing a minute of the action. The service and food however left something to be desired especially as I'd worked to communicate i advance with the team to create a special birthday selection. The booking team did not accurately share options, the food wasn't laid out in a way that spoke to how expensive it was and the external food (Wetzels) we requested arrived late and not fresh.

Things were good until I was charged for $300 for a desert cart for some 7 year olds birthday in the suite next to me. The staff couldn’t figure it out and decided we would split the bill. Still don’t have an explanation for that. That made it a bad experience and no one has a Responded to me about any resolution to it whatsoever.

We rented a suite for a Pistons game for our daughters basketball teammates and it was such a great experience! The suite was roomy and comfortable and the view of the court was amazing. Absolutely loved the special experience as recognition for our employees. Having the food package included made it easier for me, coordinator :) Ticket transfer was easy; however, only feedback would be to have an easy way to get folks the tickets that can't access the app. I think will call was mentioned for those folks - it'd be nice to have an option to print for them. Suite Experience was EXCELLENT VENUE was terrible, the employees that were at the ticket entrance were RUDE and unprofessional and RACIST. Four of our guests had to wait an hour to get from the first floor to the 200 suites after they checked in. They were told employees first then wanted to just walk up the next floor and were told no and made them return down the stairs. Don't know what kind of place they run there but we will be spending our hard-earned money elsewhere.

Suite was great and the attendant was very good. The quality of the food was good. However, some of it never made it and some of it was very late. Some of it made it with 4 or 5 minutes left in the game. Probably half of the food wasn't eaten just because of the timing of when it got there. My only complaint on the quality of the food were the buns. They were hard and cold.

Our suite host, Marlin, was beyond awesome!! He took amazing care of us (give the man a raise!) Two things that you could improve on. The food was tepid at best, and we were there right at 5pm. And you need an option for ordering a meal package for less people. We had 14 in our suite and tossed 3/4 of the food because there was way too much. Yes, we could have ordered al-la-carte but thought having tastes of what was in the food package was the best. Other than those two comments, we had a family experience of a lifetime!

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.

The customer care team that followed up with me after I purchased the tickets through the event were amazing! Super prompt, and responsive to requests and questions. Things were such a breeze and I felt totally supported in hosting this little event for a family birthday. The only thing that didn’t go quite right was the sports venue forgot to remove the bolted seat to accommodate a guest with a disability but we made it work. The SEG group wouldn’t have been able to control this as I do know they facilitated confirming this accommodation could be made, and did made the request to the venue. Other than that, the whole experience was flawless, a super fun time and I’m very grateful I found SEG to have this Suite experience!

The bad: The fact that all ordering and authorizations are done via a manual process that requires and individual to print the documents, complete, scan and email back is really frustrating. The whole experience was top notch. Kristina who helped me with all my questions leading up to the event was extremely helpful and was quick to get back to me. JoJo, our Suite Hostess on the day was the best hostess I have ever had. She catered to every one of my guests to make sure they had everything they needed. She was always one step ahead of me. The other staff we encountered in and around the suites were polite and courteous. We have booked suites before in the past and one of those times we did not have a great hostess which can really affect the experience. This time I have to say the experience was exceptional.

What I like the most about SEG is they go beyond just selling you a suite. They are committed to ensure your needs are met. This included coordinating with the owner for tickets, SROs, parking, food, and package deliveries. Their response time to all of our requests was phenomenal.

I liked the VIP parking and easy walk to the elevator and suites. This was perfect for my dad who couldn’t walk far due to his lung transplant. The bathrooms were clean and not busy. There was even a dessert cart. I wasn’t able to tune in the tv from the app on my phone and I was lazy to ask for assistance. We just enjoyed the wonderful ambiance and the game. Thanks so much!! Hannnah and Kristina were helpful answering all of our questions. Hannah was so responsive even on the weekend when we had questions.

Having the SEG send tickets electronically worked very well and was able to transfer quite easily. It was great having access to the Bell Centre in advance of the event, which worked out very well.

Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

I love the quick response and the support from the organization. I also love the professional and the loge experience. The thing that I like the least is that concerning the fruit platter was not super fresh and the other platter was supposed to be different kind of bites, but we only get one kind. Maybe it was a misunderstanding from my end. But it was a very very small matter compared to what my family and I we experienced, it was an amazing experience to be in the loge and the person who served us was very professional and great service.

What we appreciated most: - Ease of planning - Zero issues with tickets, venue, service, invoicing, billing, payment - Suite was ready and prepped when we arrived - Staff on site and through support very responsive and helpful What would we improve: - When we got the tickets, distributing them was time consuming. This is an add service we would pay for. - If we understood how to put our corporate logo in the space, maybe we would have paid for a "brand placement" package where we give SE our logo and get some table tent cards etc so we could have a prepackaged brand presence Other than that - amazing!

Suite was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The beers were buried in the ice, so we had to dig those out but they were very cold! Food was exceptional from the shrimp cocktail to the sliders to the Oreo dip. Suite attendants were attentive and great to work with.

The staff and team day of was EXCELLENT. Our host, unfortunately, didn't place our order correctly! We were missing 70% of what we ordered. Very embarrassing when you are entertaining clients. The suite and experience was fantastic. We are very happy. The only issue I had was with before. I felt like SEG could have done a better job with communicating on how everything would work. For example, we went back and forth on food on several emails. I was concerned that we missed something along the way. It would have been nice if SEG was well informed on how the process would work. Also, we had an in suite person the whole night which was amazing...but I had no idea he would be there and didn't have cash for a tip. Regardless, great experience and I would use you again. I think this is my second time using you.

The reserving of the suite was very easy. The communication from the SEG team was very helpful and helped me to know what to expect. The suite itself was great for watching the game and visiting with guests. Our suite attendant was great - very attentive. Liked least would probably just be not having an option to easily bring some food to-go. I actually meant to bring a few baggies or plastic containers for guests, but forgot on the day.

The location of the suite was perfect. The amount of room within the suite, the TV’s and the comfort of the seats as well as the view from the seats was awesome. The private in suite restroom is always appreciated. The server/attendant for the suite was just ok. The food items ordered were good not great. I was hoping the suite would have a little more air flow/air conditioning as it was a hot and muggy day. When we left the suite door open a little more cool air did seem to flow.

EVERY aspect of our suite experience was marvelous. It started with our Suite Attendant- Steve Casper. Steve did a fantastic job of tending to our every need. He was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed it, though the price is a bit steep when adding on guests for no added benefit (+1 parking pass or something / anything?) The seating was sufficient and cleanliness was great. Being all first time suite guests, I do wish the Host would have explained a few things we didnt notice until we were leaving like the phone to request service and additional remotes to control other equipment that we werent aware we could use. We just waited on the Host to return to ask for additional items which was a tad slow along with delivery of the add-on drinks. Otherwise it was a fun experience.

What I liked most: - The show itself with the Rolling Stones was great - The food quality was great - The suite was very clean What I did not like: - The parking attendant at SoFi insisted on collecting $100 cash from us to park our oversized vehicle - The suite was exceptionally difficult to find, because after asking several SoFi employees, nobody knew where section 7E was on the map - The catering order was delivered in batches and we only received the last half of the order 3 hours after arriving in the suite - There are not enough attendants on the premises serving the suites -- it is cumbersome to order additional drinks during the show - The traffic leaving SoFi was very bad

The ladies are top-notch and respond quickly. They always do their best to find the answers we need as quickly as they can. The American Airlines Center app is clunky as all heck. It doesn't talk well to Ticketmaster, and I sometimes had a devil of a time trying to get tickets to people.

What a great suite - P17!! From the entry all the way to the suite - the staff on site was so helpful and friendly. Upon entering they helped me scan in 24 clients, then a women sang to my group while we were waiting for the elevator up to the suite. The hostess who helped us in the suite was so friendly we had someone that was Vegan and we didn't have enough food options so she was super helpful in securing some additional food items for our client. The suite was clean and bright. Even though there wasn't a bathroom in the suite it was right across the hall for easy access. The venue had outside lockers for those of us women who brought bags/laptops and purses which was super easy to use, the attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to secure one before and after the game. Overall the whole experience was a positive one! I definitely recommend the KIA Center for company activation's.

Customer service from my initial inquiry to the day of the suite rental was top notch and prompt. The Suite was very nice and described accurately. Our particular suite was, in my opinion, an incredible location for viewing an NBA game, with excellent views. The ticket transfer process was smooth and provided well before our event date. I liked most the ease of completing the entire process. I have no "least like" other than the event naturally had to end. I commend SEG on a job well done. I would be thrilled and comfortable using SEG again.

What a surreal experience! We were spoiled upon arrival and throughout the game. Our server Tara was friendly, positive and attentive. I appreciated her offer of taking our group's picture. Awesome seats, and delicious food for all tastes. Mr. Ascencio, Manager of Premium Sales, took the time to introduce himself, and later I was given a tour of the field level. Class all around!

The only things that could have been improved were: - the supplies - we only had 3 cups in the suite when we arrived so had to request more - the ice machine was pretty frozen up so it was hard to use

Initially after purchase, I was a little unsure how and when I'd receive the tickets and parking passes. I waited about a week and then sent an email asking. Shortly after the email, I got my questions answered (digitally, through an app) and received the tickets. On the day of the event, the tickets worked fine and the suite was exactly as described. It was a great experience.

PROS: The ease of accessing tickets electronically and purchase additional tickets as needed. CONS: It took a bit longer than expected to get the tickets and catering info. I had to reach out one week before the concert date to find out when info would be available. I reserved the loft many months ago. It would be helpful to have an update email at least one month before event date as to when tickets will be released, etc.

I did not know what to expect. This was my first time renting a suite in Kaseya and it exceedes my expectations. From Hannah being immediately responsive to all my questions, to the actual date of the event, the suite was huge, we where treated very well by all persons there, and it was a great time overall. Our experience with SEG was really tremendous. The communication from SEG's team was top notch and they quickly answered any questions we had along the way. The only MINOR complaint was that the catering menu for Spectrum Center was maybe a smidge outdated, as they didn't have some of the items we'd initially wanted and the prices were a little higher than originally listed. However, that is nitpicking. It was terrific all the way around and we'll certainly look to use SEG again, both for personal use and for entertaining clients of my business.

This is the second year in a row that we rented a suite for our family of eleven. Our five grandchildren love the space. We had a wonderful time in the Dell Technology Suite for our Corporate event! We were able to leverage the TV screen in the suite to share a small presentation before the game started. Unfortunately the doors to the suite next door were stuck and would not close, which cause some additional background noise but otherwise, we had a great time.

Easy to book and receive the tickets. The parking pass was a little confusing in the garage. It was hard to see where exactly we are supposed to park and then once we did find it our spot was already taken by a different car and we didn't want to get a ticket by parking somewhere else in the suite holder area. We weren't given a special pass and there were no parking attendants to talk to.

The suite was wonderful and spacious! Everyone had a place to sit (all 23 of us). Loved having our own private bathroom. Location of the suite for a concert was perfect! Our suite attendant was excellent. Least: The cookies were awful, specifically the red ones! How can someone screw up cookies? What a waste of our money and we had ordered 3 sets of 10. We did not get BBQ sauce with our chicken fingers.

The whole process leading up to the event was very straight forward. Communication between all parties was professional and personal. I didn’t feel like I was ordering some big cooperate investment. The one thing that was a downfall was the inability to buy more seats, or for standing room guests since the suite was large and the price point was a little high. Otherwise, everything else was amazing and it encourages me to book further suites for future events

We love the SEG group! I love that I can see suite packages and availability quickly through the website. When I go directly through a stadium, there is always a long wait and back and forth. It sometimes takes weeks to book something, whereas with SEC I can book the same day with no issues. Hannah is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond for S&P Global. SEC will continue to be our top choice for suite experiences.

Fun experience. The food was good; the service was so-so. We saw our waiter one time. The Desert cart never came by the suite. I don't like the that the service tip is automatically added, because I would not have given that much of a tip. I saw my credit card was charged, but I never got an electronic itemized receipt. I need it for accounting. Price was reasonable for a 10 person suite.

I enjoyed the turnkey nature of the process. I admit going into the event, I had my reservations. The ease of accessing tickets, all follow-up from the SEG team was extremely EXTREMLY timely, and my customers were very happy with the experience. All the food and drinks were ready and available as well. The fact I could book such a high-end event with such ease was the most impressive part to me. I wouldn't say I disliked anything about the event. Rather a question on the edikit of the tipping for the final receipt would be helpful. I was confused what to tip since there was a service fee included. Typically, I would assume 20% if this was a meal, but with the service fee I didn't know if that included the attendant or not? Plus, while the attendant was helpful, I wasn't sure 20% was really appropriate. So just some help on guardrails of the tip would be helpful for 1st timers. TY

We had quite a bit of leftovers. Would suggest the short ribs were served in a way that was easier to eat. Perhaps to be sliced for easier serving? The items that were not very popular were the CA Wedge, Roasted Cauliflower & the popcorn & peanuts. We had asked for containers but were told that due to covid they couldn't provide any. Anything (maybe foil) or rubber bands so we could have put 2 paper plates together as a container, would have been helpful. Everyone's favorite were the Pretzels and Cheese and Poke Nachos.

krisitna's support was outstanding....and the ticket distribution process worked great....the only downside was the food order was somehow screwed up by the stadium team....when they charged me on sun....it triggered an amex fraud alert....and i had to cancel my amex card....amex reomended it...i am working through it...i thought when i booked the event i paid for everything....so the sunday charge was confusing to me...would let future customers understand that wrinkle...

This year our family decided to splurge and get a suite for the Christmas day Warriors game. My niece found your company/website. We've never done something like this and now we're glad we did. The suite location (center court) was amazing. A great venue for our families Christmas day. The website and correspondence was straight forward. Given I have never worked with SEG, I was pleased with the suite being what I thought it would be, especially when I was the one fronting the $$$ on behalf of our entire family. More importantly, they all had an exceptional time. Something they will never forget. The correspondence was great as we worked through putting this date together. Replies were immediate, giving me reassurance that we are working with the right group outside of the Warriors in securing the suite.

The experience and customer service was top notch. No issues in that department. What I liked the least about renting this suite, which has nothing to do with you all but I figure I let you know for future reference. We rented the suite for personal reasons, mainly so my dad could have a good experience being that he is a disabled veteran and needs room to be comfortable. The issue I had were the fans below us banging on the walls and would not stop when we asked. For someone with a war background(ptsd) it kind of sounded like bombs going off because the sound just echoed in the suite. For people paying that much money for the suite experience should not be subjected to that. We couldnt fully enjoy the game. That should be one of the things not allowed because it makes for a bad experience.

The event was just what we needed to bring the family together. Only item that I wish would have been different was ordering food. Everything was in six, so if I was the only one that wanted coke we had to buy six. Outside of that, was a wonderful day and my nine year daughter got a picture with Dirk Nowitzki AKA the man!!!!

Suite was exactly as advertised. Service was good, entry was good. The 100% digital tickets did not work well, in fact I was unable to park in my assigned spot in the garage because the ticket I presented was not accepted and I was told I cant hold up traffic! I suggest you get the online ticket processed worked out before you make that mandatory! This is probably an LCA issue not an SEG issue.

The ease of making the reservation and the advice provided was amazing. It would be easier to have electronic forms that could be completed online vs needing to complete and the. Upload and send. It would also provide a greater sense of security for payment to only use an online payment option.

Things went really smoothly. However, a part of that is because I used it before. Everyone was super nice and answered questions, but I would have loved a time line upfront, like X days before the event you will get tickets, by X days before the event you need to submit the food order. I was a bit stressed about that my first time. Also, I had one day to plan and send details for catering. I feel that could be sent earlier with a reminder a couple days before it's due. Luckily, I remembered what we got last time, but it still felt like a tight turnaround.

Our group had a great time and really enjoyed the Field Level Suite experience at Cowboy Stadium. Views and sight lines were even better than expected. The suite was perfect for our group size of 21. Our customers loved the premium suite and the atmosphere at the SoFi stadium. The stadium did a good job with the other logistics (connectivity to the TV screen, transporting gifts to the suite prior to the same, scheduling an onsite visit to test connectivity etc.). Hannah from SEG was always prompt & responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process (from the initial booking to the coordination with the stadium & other follow-ups). The part that we didn't like (more about the stadium/suite) was that there was no partition between the suite & the stadium seating which meant we weren't able to make the presentation to our customers that we wanted to. The traffic arrangements (again stadium related) could've been better (but then this was LA).

I loved that we were able to bypass the long lines to get to our suite. I wish I had known of the level we would be at and the accessibility of getting there since we had a couple of guest with physical liabilities. I also liked that we were able to open up the suite to be able to sit inside and still see everything. I would only do this again if we were sharing costs with other families.

Awesome experience partnering with you guys. I had come across the SEG website several times in the past but never pulled the trigger. I definitely plan to work with you guys again in the future. The only constructive feedback I have for you is the SRO situation. When I work directly with a team/arena/stadium, I have the ability of purchasing SROs up until a couple hours before tipoff. This would have come in handy as we had a lot of demand for this game, but given that the SROs were so pricey, i didn't want to buy them all upfront without knowing if we could yet fill them. Second, the suite had "Welcome Rodan + Fields!" on the TVs - I had asked them to either change the channel or turn of the tvs (since we are K1, not Rodan + Fields), and it took them a bit longer than what would have been ideal.

I liked that it was easy to select a suite and pretty simple to select the food and drinks I wanted. The service in the suite was really good too. I didn't like that I get the run around each time about getting the physical tickets when I know they are available. I always bring my customers who are older and aren't the up to speed with the new technology of getting tickets. Luckily have asking enough times I received the physical tickets.

The theater box dining area is like a 5 star restaurant. My guests were so impressed. And it just kept getting better. Valerie, our waitress, kept us on schedule with appetizers, beverages, dinner, snacks and desserts. It was just amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone having the opportunity to work with Suite Exchange. It was well worth the price for our special occasion. It will be hard to watch a Warriors game any other way.

We love SEG!! Brian is always so helpful and a great partner to figuring out what is best for our customers and Hannah is a DREAM - such quick response and helpful! The only thing I'd love more of us is ticket access (Masters, Indy 500, etc) - the more we can get VIP tickets when a suite isn't what we need for the experience the better! A nice to have would be some way to put our company name on the suite - because we rent existing suites it sometimes can get confusing for our guests.

-the service was amazing and staff the whole time planning was super responsive and helpful -it was hard to find the suite. A map ahead of time with directions to get there would be helpful to send guests. Same with options for parking or walking in. -there were so many food options it was hard to decide! I guess it's a good problem but a “best sellers” or “most eaten” list would be helpful. For instance the ciabatta sandwich barely got touched.

The quick responses were huge for me. Brian and Hannah communicated quickly and the transactions were quick and easy. Not a big deal but my least favorite part of the transaction was that when getting the parking passes transferred I wasn't able to secure the VIP lot pass for black car service which my group and I always take. I was able to reach out to my contact with the Raiders/Allegiant Stadium and get a VIP lot pass added to my account so it worked out but I think a great addition to your service would be to have that added by the actual leaseholder when transferring their parking passes. They can receive those from the stadium. Regular parking passes don't allow black car service to enter so if you don't have that you technically have to get dropped off on the street instead of being allowed into the lot. This is how it is at Allegiant Stadium and may not be the policy at other stadiums.

We were well taken care of. The food and beverage preparation was great and the suite was perfect for our entertainment needs. It would be nice to have true Vegan options and to have healthier options on the menu. We didn't realize when ordering that the Vegan symbol meant that you had to ask for customization of the item, that it didn't already come prepared to meet vegan dietary needs.

I only use Suite Experience Group to book suites at my favorite venue Angels Stadium. This last purchase was my second with them and it was fabulous. I took my family to see an Angels vs. Mariners game on June 5 in the dugout suites. [...] it was amazing experience and once in a lifetime really (plus it scored well with my Facebook friends) [...] The dugout suite private bathroom was a hit though! SEG's Hannah was so incredibly helpful. I booked the suite online and was contacted by her less than an hour later with details. The tickets were electronically sent to me and became visible in the MLB app on my phone. That same app is what was used to gain entrance to the facility, dugout suites area, and the actual suite. Hannah made all the food reservations for me and everything went flawless. Later this summer, I will book my third Angels suite with this company as a company picnic for my office staff. And it will be booked through SEG.

I loved the fact that there was shelter from any type of weather. I loved the view of the field / game from the suite and from the outside seating. I loved the personal bathroom and the fact that I had access to electrical sockets / sink / fridge. The suite experience allowed my toddler to join and have the ability to roam instead of remaining seated. What I liked the least was not having access to close the suite door from the outside.

The suite was AWESOME! Our hostess Denise was was sweet and helpful. Only thing I was recommend is that the food come up hotter. The fries were cold. Even though there was a light warmer it didn't help. I would suggest a heated cart to transport the food in and possibly pizza thermal bags to keep it hot.

Most - Service was great! Our server was really good. Prompt and attentive. Guests loved it. Seemed to have a really good time. Least - the bathrooms were not prepared for our guests. There was limited toilet tissue and hand towles. No Kleenex, and the lady said it was up to the suite owner to provide those. Food was good, but was very slow to come out, and we had to keep requesting. It was not prepared on time. Difficult to see other end of the field. Great view of one end, but couldn't see all.

Overall presentation, layout of room, ability to comfortably move around the room.Unfortunately after the light went when the show started, it was very difficult to see anything in the room, specifically at the center bar area and at the beverage refrigerator. Some small area specific low lumen LED lights would help to make visibility a little better. My parents who are senior citizens had trouble seeing what food was available during the show and walking down the steps for the lower suite seats.

Getting the suite ordered and confirmed was easy. Getting the tickets was easy and Hannah did a great job helping me. What I really hated was how expensive the food was and how little we got. I spent more than a thousands dollars for two cheap pizzas and were not large, a salad and some pop corn and three six packs of beer and soda. I needed to have a few more pizzas in the order, and since what was provided was so small I had to order a lot more food for another $600 bucks.

We enjoyed the suite itself. The overall experience was good however, the confirmation email entailed misrepresentations of VIP lounges access. I, Denise, tried to follow up with Hannah and did not get a conclusive answer. I called the venue itself and no one could help me. I then went to guest services and spoke with the attendees with email and finally no VIP lounge access was granted. The verbiage in email needs to be corrected.

Overall, rather easy... would be nice to have an online order form instead of filling out an excel sheet. Also, would have been nice to know there was a $750 food minimum with the suite... not a big deal as we spent that much, but would have been nice if you guys were more transparent about that. Hannah was extremely helpful and responsive at all times of the day/night to my questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed the suite and the game. They won!! Food was good but very expensive. $88 for roughly 8-9 average sized cookies and 4 brownies is outrageous. The suite was clean and inviting. It would be really nice to have a roving cart and bartender coming in 2-3 times throughout the evening would have made the evening. One stopped by when the game was ending which was too late. Overall we had a great experience.

The only negative was we weren't allowed to park our party bus in the B/C parking lot where we had our parking passes. Parking, and getting into the stadium was an issue. It was also a long wait to get into the stadium for the field passes. More info and logistics on that process would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was great. Suite was great, service great, views great, food was very good.

View and service. Lonnie provided excellent service with a fabulous smile and attitude. The convenience of watching the game and immediate service can't be beat, my family loved it. What I least liked was, upon arrival we did not have an attendant scheduled. We were told they were short staffed. Ultimately they made up for it with Lonnie. Also, charges for popcorn, that appeared to be included in the rental since we did not ask for it, were applied to our bill. Overall pricing was extreme but that is my lesson learned

Accommodations and the process were easy. Only complaint is that the staff at Mercedes Benz gave incorrect information concerning the use of “live” tickets needed after entry. I don't understand why they wouldn't issue printed tickets once you scan in so that you can move freely without everyone having to download the app on their phone.

Wanted to get a suite at Angels Stadium to entertain a few of my more valued employees. Getting a suite direct from the ball park seemed like a chore. Nothing was listed on the team's website. SEG made it quite easy. Just like other ticket websites, their's listed the available suites, the approximate location, and cost for each game. After all was said and done, they coordinated with the ball park all the food and beverages and everything was as they stated and came out perfect. The only two issues I had were a bit of a communications issue with their staff asking for the same thing twice. No big deal. And my Angels losing the game. Overall 5 star service.

The whole experience was great! All staff was very responsive and helpful. The only suggestion is to have an alternative method of getting the tickets instead of using the Ballpark app. Not everyone wanted to use the app and then accounts got linked and it was hard to determine which tickets were still available for use. Probably a lot of operator error on our part but having a way to print the tickets at home would have been preferred.

So easy. Getting into Staples was a breeze, using outlr tix to get into the suite, food was set up when we got there, food was HOT, dessert cart was a huge hit, our service guy was amazing, suite was roomy. Just wish we could have bought just one hot chocolate and one cherry coke, etc.

This was the easiest experience that I have ever had with a suite acquisition for an event. Interestingly enough, i was coordinating two events at the same time. This one was set for a friday (Lakers) and a different event for Saturday (Dodgers) with a different company. This experience was, by far, easier and worked perfectly. Ultimately, the Saturday event with the other company worked well too but we had constant back and forth to get things right. With your company it was simple and quick - although pretty expensive.

MOST: The suite was ready, clean and what I expected for the location etc. The amount of LEAST: I over stocked the necessary food for the level of consumption. Awesome experience! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the Cowboys’ game in a touchdown suite and it was a wonderful experience! Her friends are all still talking about it 5 months later! The suite was first class, the catering was 5 star and the seats were perfect! When the players came into the end zone to huddle they even said “hi” to my daughter & her friends. Then there was the Miller Lite Club. The girls had an opportunity to see the players go through the players’ tunnel close and up front. Needless to say, we will be back next season.

I am very impressed by the level of service provided by Brian Jeffcoat of Suite Experience Group. The website offered accurate photos of the view from our selected suite. Brian was very efficient getting our contract out, mailing our tickets, and completing our catering order. The suite was beautiful and the food was fantastic! Lisa, our suite steward, was awesome - very attentive to our needs, very professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a suite at AT&T Stadium and would personally use them again without hesitation.

Brian was amazing to work with and will definitely be coming back to do business with him again! He gave me detailed quotes for every stadium where we have an office in the nation and once we were able to book an event he was ALWAYS responsive by phone and email to answer any question we had (everything from dropping off tickets at will call to what we could bring into the stadium) He made booking a suite for our VIP clients such a premium experience! It was such a pleasure to work with him!
