Catering

Food and beverage can be pre-ordered for your suite through Suite Experience Group, with catering typically ranging from $100–$150+ per person. Additional food and beverage may also be ordered through your suite attendant on the day of the event. Guests are welcome to visit the concourse and bring food back to their suite if they prefer not to place a catering order.

Parking and Transportation

Oakland Arena offers on-site parking with standard, VIP, and Platinum pass options — pre-purchasing online is recommended if parking is not already included in your suite purchase. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located at Baldwin Gate, which opens two hours before the event. The venue is directly across from Coliseum BART Station and is also accessible via Capitol Corridor (Amtrak) and AC Transit.

Budget

Oakland Arena suite rentals typically range from $2,000 to $10,000+ depending on the suite type, capacity, and event. High-demand concerts may be priced above this range.

Dress Code

Oakland Arena does not have a formal dress code. Guests are asked to refrain from wearing clothing that displays profane or offensive language or imagery.

Venue Bag Policy

Oakland Arena follows a clear bag policy — only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags are permitted inside the venue. Bags must not exceed 14"x14"x6", and backpacks of any size are not allowed. Small clutches or wallets may be permitted through security screening. Note that bag check is not available on-site, so guests should plan accordingly. Medical and accessibility-related bags are allowed after inspection by venue security.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years old and under do not require a ticket and may sit on an adult's lap. All guests 24 months and older require their own ticket for entry. Policies may vary by event, so it's recommended to check the specific event listing for any exceptions.

Oakland Arena is a premier indoor entertainment venue located at 7000 S Coliseum Way in Oakland, California, seating up to 19,596 guests. Originally opened in 1966 as the Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum Arena, the venue underwent a major renovation in 1997 and has since hosted some of the Bay Area's biggest concerts and live events. As part of the Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum Complex, Oakland Arena draws world-class performers and events year-round — from major concert tours and WWE to Monster Jam and comedy shows.

Mobile Ticketing

Suite tickets will be available through the Oakland Arena app or Oakland Arena Account Manager. The arena recommends downloading your tickets to your mobile wallet ahead of time in case of connectivity issues upon arrival. Tickets are transferable through the app or website, but must be transferred to guests prior to downloading them to your wallet — once added to your wallet, they can no longer be transferred.
