What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available for all luxury suites at Rogers Centre, offering à la carte and pre-set menu options featuring stadium favorites and premium selections. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Food and beverages are not included in the base suite rental and must be ordered in advance or during the event through your suite attendant.

Parking and Transportation

Suite rentals may include a limited number of VIP parking passes valid for nearby lots managed by Rogers Centre. The most convenient lot is directly underneath the stadium, accessible via Bremner Blvd. Public transit is highly recommended - Union Station is adjacent to Rogers Centre and connects to the TTC subway, GO Transit, and UP Express. Accessible parking spaces are available by reservation.

Budget

Suite pricing at Rogers Centre varies by event. For Toronto Blue Jays (MLB) games, suite rentals typically range from $2,500 to $11,000 USD per game, depending on the opponent, day of the week, and suite location. Marquee matchups and weekend games may be priced higher. Concert and special event suite prices fluctuate based on the artist and demand, with high-demand shows potentially exceeding $12,000 USD.

Venue Bag Policy

Bags are discouraged and will be subject to a security search prior to entry. Only bags smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" (40.6cm x 40.6cm x 20.3cm) are permitted into the ballpark. Note: Bag restrictions and prohibited items for concerts may differ from Blue Jays games; for concert information, visit the official Rogers Centre website.

Entrances

Suite holders can enter through Gate 3 (VIP/Executive entrance) located near the southwest corner of the stadium. Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to Blue Jays games and about 1–2 hours before concerts or special events.

Child Ticket Policy

Parents may bring children under the age of two (2) into Rogers Centre for Toronto Blue Jays home games without a ticket for the child. Any fans two (2) years of age or older must have a valid ticket.

The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
