What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Budget

Private luxury suites at Intuit Dome commonly range from $2,500 - $6,000. For Clippers, prices will typically range between $2,800 - $6,000. High demand events will garner higher prices, sometimes exceeding $20,000.

Club Access

Enjoy full access to the Lexus Courtside Lounge, an exclusive restaurant and bar located on the courtside level. The Lounge features a variety of elegantly presented dining selections across several buffet tables and a full bar. Reservations available on a first come, first served basis.

Dress Code

This ultimately boils down to what others in your suite will be wearing and the nature of the event. If it's a corporate event, guests will likely be dressed in business casual attire. However, it's not uncommon for guests to wear their favorite team gear with jeans and sneakers.

Venue Bag Policy

We highly encourage our guests to leave personal bags at home. Guests are permitted to bring a personal clutch no larger than 4" x 6" x 1.5". Medical and Childcare exceptions up to 14" x 14" x 5" and must be screened by an onsite X-Ray machine. Please contact the Guest Experience Team at [email protected] for additional information.

Entrances

There are two VIP entrances; one from the West garage as well as another from the South/Players garage.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 3 years and older must obtain a ticket for each event.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
