Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
Premium catering is available to purchase for all suites at Rogers Stadium. The menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options. Most suites do not include catering in the price of the suite rental. SEG recommends budgeting $1,500-$2,500 per group.
Parking and Transportation
Parking onsite and in the surrounding area is extremely limited. If driving to Rogers Stadium, parking is available at a number of satellite parking lots at nearby TTC subway stations. In addition to TTC lots, paid commuter parking will be available at York University, offering convenient and quick access by subway to the concert venue via York University Station.
Budget
There is a wide range in suite cost at Rogers Stadium, depending on the event. Prices typically range from $10,000 to $20,000 (USD) depending on the performer, day of the week, and suite location, with some bigger events going as high as $30,000 to $40,000 or more.
Venue Bag Policy
Small clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear are allowed into Rogers Stadium. The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. Bags exceeding 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), but smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) must be single compartment and clear on all sides. Bags smaller than 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), also referred to as a “clutch style” bag, are not required to be clear. No backpacks are allowed.
Entrances
There are 3 entrance gates to get to Rogers Stadium Toronto. Suite tickets will grant access to the VIP entrance at Gate 3, which will allow for the quickest entry into the venue and is closest to your suite. All entry gates at Rogers Stadium are accessible via wheelchair and/or mobility device. Wheelchair escorts to your seats are available at Gate 1 and Gate 3.
Child Ticket Policy
Children under the age of 2 do not require a separate suite ticket to enter Rogers Stadium. One of the benefits for families in a luxury suite is that it affords young children the flexibility to move around in a private environment inside the suite.
