What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all luxury suites at NRG Stadium. Suite level catering is provided by Aramark Foodservices. The Suite Catering Menu features a wide variety of food and drink options served in packages or a la carte. Catering is not required to purchase nor is there a required minimum spend.

Parking and Transportation

Private boxes at NRG Stadium will come with 4-8 parking passes per suite. VIP parking passes are valid in several parking lots closest to the stadium. NRG Stadium features plenty of parking available for those without prepaid suite holder parking; cash lots are typically around $40 per car.

Budget

The cost to rent a luxury suite at NRG Stadium can range from $15,000 to $35,000 per game depending on opponent, day of the week, suite level and suite size. Most suites will not include catering in the price. Catering is not required to purchase, nor is there a catering minimum; SEG clients will spend, on average, $2,000 per group on in-suite catering.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders at NRG stadium have full access to the Verizon Wireless East and West Club. These 23,000 sq. ft. clubs offer a climate-controlled lounge, many flat screen TV's, and premium food and beverage options. These clubs are located on opposite ends of the stadium and both are easily accessible from the suites concourse.

Dress Code

In a Texans luxury box there is no strict dress code. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably. If you are attending the game for a business event, most people will be in casual business attire. However, many guests throughout the suite level will be in Texans fan gear.

Venue Bag Policy

The NFL Clear Bag Policy states that all patrons entering NRG Stadium must have their belongings in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." Other permissible totes include: one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar) and small clutch bags. Backpacks, hard-sided coolers and computer bags are not allowed.

Entrances

Suite ticket holders have access to private VIP entrances located on the east and west side of the stadium. VIP doors and luxury suites open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into NRG Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure environment for groups and families entertaining with younger children. Suites have plenty of space to store strollers and other items.

The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
