What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for most suites at Dignity Health Sports Park. Pre-ordering is recommended to avoid delivery delays.

Parking and Transportation

Parking lots typically open two (2) hours before kickoff. Cash parking lots are available in close vicinity to the stadium (typical cost of $20 per vehicle). A limited number of preferred parking spaces are available. The rideshare drop-off/pick-up point is at Gate A off at Avalon Blvd and 184th St.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have access to the American Express Stadium Club before, during, and after games. This club offers a full service bar and restaurant overlooking the field. Suite patrons can also take advantage of the San Manuel Platinum Club - a bar located behind our Platinum club seat sections on the west side of the stadium.

Venue Bag Policy

Dignity Health Sports Park adheres to a clear bag policy. Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags are permitted.

Entrances

Suite ticket holders have access to an exclusive VIP Entrance and Will-Call Window. The VIP Entrance allows the fastest entry into the stadium. Stadium gates typically open to the public 90 minutes before kickoff

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 2 years of age do not require a separate ticket for admission into Dignity Health Sports Park. Suites offer a private and secure space for families and groups entertaining with small children. Strollers are not permitted in the seating areas. They may be checked with Guest Services located at the southeast stadium entrance.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
