What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Additional Chase Center Information

Catering

Luxury Suites at Chase Center include a catering package in the cost of the suite for all Golden State Warriors' games. Catering is NOT included for concerts and secondary events (available to purchase separately). The Theater Box options at Chase Center serve all-inclusive catering for all events.

Parking and Transportation

Public transportation to and from Chase Center is highly encouraged. Due to its downtown location, Chase Center does not have many parking spaces. VIP Parking passes issued with your suite are valid in the Chase Center Garage underneath the stadium. All cars will be screen by a bomb-sniffing dog.

Budget

There is a wide range in suite prices at the Chase Center. For Golden State Warriors (NBA) home games, suites typically cost between $10,000-$25,000 depending on team performance, opponent and suite type. Catering is included in the price of suites. For concerts, suite prices vary widely.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for Club/Suite Level at Chase Center. Corporate groups tend to dress in business casual attire, but it is common to see patrons in casual clothes, jerseys and other team branded apparel on suite level. Each suite is climate-controlled with a closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

All bags will be screened by security prior to entering Chase Center. Backpacks of any size are prohibited as are all bags exceeding 14"x6"x14". Laptops and professional cameras are NOT permitted. Bag check locations are on Warriors Way & within the Bike Valet on 16th street.

Entrances

Chase Center has 2 VIP Entrances; East VIP and West VIP. If you arrive on Embarcadero Street, your closest entrance is the West VIP Entrance. If you arrive on Warriors' Way (main plaza), the closest entrance is the East VIP Entrance. Gates open 90 min before games and 60 min before concerts.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission. Suites can provide a great private environment for families and groups with small children. Strollers are NOT permitted in the Chase Center (stroller/bag check services offered free of cost).

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
