Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
Levy Restaurants is the catering provider for all suites at Kia Center (formerly Amway Center.) The menu features a variety of food and beverage options; from fan favorites to local Florida fare. Suite hosts should budget anywhere between $80-$150 per person on in-suite catering for their event.
Parking and Transportation
Most Kia Center suites will include a set number of parking passes with your suite purchase, however should you need additional parking passes you can buy parking through your SEG representative in advance to reserve a spot in the GEICO Garage located off 400 West South Street near the Kia Center.
Budget
Suites for Orlando Magic games will typically range in price from $2,000 - $4,500. Magic suite prices fluctuate based largely on match-up, day of game, and the team's performance. Suite prices for concerts and other events at Kia Center will vary depending on artist popularity and event demand.
Club Access
There are a couple of exclusive clubs and restaurants in the Kia Center (formerly Amway Center) only accessible to those with suite tickets. Depending on which suite you reserve you will have access to one or both of these exclusive spaces within the arena:
Dress Code
Dress code in the suite will totally depend on the purpose of the event. If your group is hosting a business event in a Kia Center suite, wearing business casual attire is recommended. However, it is not unusual to find guests donning jerseys or other team apparel when attending a Magic game.
Business Amenities
There are a number of different event spaces and conference facilities located within Kia Center (formerly Amway Center.) If you are looking to host a client meeting or a special event, Kia Center is sure to have a signature space for your specific need.
Venue Bag Policy
To ensure a safe environment, the Kia Center (formerly Amway Center) prohibit the following items from being brought through gates for all Orlando Magic games: Backpacks and any bags larger than 14 In.x 14 In. x 6 In. This policy includes anyone attending a game in an Orlando Magic luxury box also.
Entrances
There are two primary entrances into the Kia Center (formerly Amway Center.) You can enter via GEICO Garage or through the Disney Atrium located on Church Street. Once inside, suite ticketholders can use the VIP elevators to take them to their suite level. Gates open 90 minutes prior to Magic games.
Child Ticket Policy
At the Kia Center (formerly Amway Center), children less than 36" tall do not need a ticket for Orlando Magic home games, provided they sit on an adults lap. For Disney on Ice, concerts or other events, be sure to check on the event website or with an SEG representative on the child ticket policy.
