Rangers Spotlight

Current MLB Season

The 2021 Texas Rangers look to get back into the mix as one of the best teams in the AL West. Manager, Chris Woodward, has a solid mix of veterans and young prospects looking to make a mark for themselves in the majors. The Rangers have added David Dahl and Khris Davis to the lineup, adding a lot of power to the offense. With the addition of Davis, Joey Gallo has a new bash brother in the lineup. The rest of the lineup will feature Willie Calhoun, Nick Solak, Isiah Kiner-Falefa and Jose Trevino.

On the mound, the Texas Rangers hop to have a future ace in Dane Dunning. Behind Dunning is Kyle Gibson, Jordan Lyles, and Mike Foltynewicz.

The Texas Rangers made exciting news in the 2021 offseason announcing they will have 100

Past Spotlights

The Rangers believe they have put a team together that will contend in the AL West to go with the opening of Globe Life Field in Arlington, a $1.2 billion retractable-roofed stadium that will serve as a nice compliment to “Jerry’s World” (AT&T Stadium) across the street. The indoor conditions to combat the intense summer heat will be welcomed by players and fans alike.

Joey Gallo returns to the lineup after an injury-plagued 2019 campaign, but the real story here is the improved pitching. Corey Kluber comes over from Cleveland to serve as the ace, with Mike Minor, Lance Lynn, Kyle Gibson, and Jordan Lyles all locked in for at least the next two years.

Naturally, the new stadium is overloaded with premium seating opportunities. The Home Plate Club gives you seats within the first eight rows behind the dish, and you have access to the huge club and its expansive food and drink options.

The Speakeasy is an exclusive club space that features all-inclusive food and beverage (including beer, wine, and the specialty cocktail of the game). You also get in-seat food service in rows 9-16.

Field Suites are between home plate and the dugout, and are carved out of the ground, so you’ll feel like you’re watching from the dugout! These suites also give you access to the Home Plate Club.

There’s also an ample supply of traditional suites and party suites to suit your needs – anywhere from 30 to 420 people. Suites come with a food and beverage credit, parking passes, several HDTVs, and an in-suite attendant.

The Texas Rangers welcome a new manager in 2019, Chris Woodward. Under Woodward’s leadership, the Rangers are hoping to leap to the front of the AL West. The Rangers are calling 2019 a “development” year, where they hope to see some of their promising prospects play amongst their clubhouse veterans. One thing is for sure, the Rangers’ lineup is full of power and excitement that fans will get to see at Globe Life Park.

Fresh off his best season, Nomar Mazara could be a perennial all-star for the Rangers. With strong seasons from of their stars like Shin-Soo Choo, Elvis Andrus, Rougned Odor and Joey Gallo, the Rangers could be one of the highest scoring teams in baseball. With Adrian Beltre retired, the Rangers signed Asdrubal Cabrera in the offseason.

To compete with division rivals like the Astros and the Angels, the Rangers pitching staff will need to have a big year. The starters will be Mike Minor, Lance Lynn, Drew Smyly, Shelby Miller and Edinson Volquez. The Rangers do one of the best relievers in the American League in Jose Leclerc.

Globe Life Park in Arlington will have two suite levels, a lower and upper level. Both suite levels at Globe Life will provide the same first-class experience you expect with a baseball suite. A suite for a Rangers game will range in priced based on who they play and the suite’s location but in general, they will be around $4,500 - $7,000. Suites for a Texas Rangers game will accommodate 18 – 24 guests on average. Each Rangers suite will be climate-controlled and offer balcony seating for an indoor/outdoor experience. From VIP parking to a private entry at Globe Life Park, a Rangers suite will offer fans that suite experience they’ve been looking for from the moment they show up.
