What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

We have developed an extensive, customizable food and beverage menu. You can pre-order to have your space stocked on arrival, and order additional gameday items through your dedicated attendant throughout the game.

Parking and Transportation

All suites come with parking passes valid in the designated VIP lots. If you need to purchase additional parking on gameday, the lots will only accept credit card payment and is based on availability. The ride-sharing pickup point is at the Steinbrenner Lot across the pedestrian on the West side of N. Dale Mabry Highway

Budget

For Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL) games, suites typically cost between $10,000-$35,000+ depending on opponent, day of the week, and suite size. Suites for College Football Games and other events such as Monster Jam, Supercross and soccer typically cost between $5,000 and $15,000.

Dress Code

There is no official dress code for the suite levels at Raymond James Stadium. Corporate groups will typically wear business casual attire; however, it is not uncommon for patrons to wear casual attire or team-branded apparel. Suites are individually climate-controlled.

Venue Bag Policy

Only small clutches less than 4.5"x 6.5" are permitted.

Entrances

Enter through the Stadium Club entrances on gameday and take the Luxury Suite elevator directly to the suite level

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 and under are not required to have a ticket in our private luxury suites. All other areas of the stadium outside of private luxury suites require a ticket for every guest, regardless of age.

Mobile Ticketing

Raymond James Stadium is pleased to offer mobile ticketing powered by Ticketmaster to ensure the most convenient, seamless and safe ticketing experience possible. Access your ticket and send tickets to your guests from your mobile device, and simply scan your mobile ticket upon arriving for easy entry.

Gameday Experience

Parking lots open 3.5 hours before kick-off. Club & Suite Entrances will open 2.5 hours before kick-off.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
