What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

Premium in-suite catering is available for all Seattle Seahawks suite rentals. Most suites will include a basic food and beverage package. Food and drink are always available to purchase in advance of, or during, any football game. The Seahawks suite menu features 19 pages of food/drink packages and a la carte items provided by First & Goal Hospitality.

Parking and Transportation

Seattle Seahawks suite parking passes are valid in the Lumen Field Garage. The Garage will open several hours prior to kickoff. Additional public parking lots surround Lumen Field (formerly CenturyLink Field).

Budget

The cost of a Seattle Seahawks single-game suite rental can range from $15,000-$35,000 depending on opponent, day of the week, suite location and suite size. Most Seahawks suite rentals include a catering package in the price. Seahawks suites for weeknight games(Mon./Thur.) are priced at a premium.

Club Access

Seattle Seahawks suite ticket holders have full access to the Club Level Concourse at Lumen Field in addition to the Delta Sky360? Club and Verizon Lounge. The Club/Suite Level Concourses feature private restrooms, lounge seating and enhanced food and beverage offerings.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for Seattle Seahawks luxury suites. If you're attending a Seahawks game with a corporate group, check with your host for dress expectations. Seahawks suites are climate-controlled. Most Seahawks suite level patrons will dress casually or in team-branded apparel.

Venue Bag Policy

Seattle Seahawks suite ticket holders must abide by the Lumen Field Clear Bag Policy. The Clear Bag Policy states that all bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Backpacks are not permitted. Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted.

Entrances

Guests attending a Seahawks game in a luxury suite can take advantage of express VIP entrances at several locations around the stadium including the NE or NW VIP Entrances. Seahawks suite entrances will open 3 hours prior to kickoff. Upon entry, staffed elevators take you to the suite concourse.

Child Ticket Policy

Seattle Seahawks suite ticket policy states that children 3 years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission. Seahawks suites can provide a safe and secure space for families and groups entertaining with young children. Strollers are permitted at the VIP entrances.

The app for the clippers game is the worst - but that has nothing to do with SEG. The team at SEG was wonderful, responsive, quick, helpful and always ready to answer my questions! I would definitely book again.

We rented a suite as a Christmas gift for my parents, who value quality time with their kids and grandkids more than material gifts. From start to finish, the SEG team made everything seamless and stress-free. The evening was absolutely perfect—a memory our entire family will treasure forever. While our team didn’t win the game, it didn’t matter in the slightest because we were all having such an incredible time together. Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!
