What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

Spurs suites can be catered at an additional cost. Most Spurs suites will include a catering credit with your suite rental. The Spurs suite menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Levy Restaurants. On average, most people spend around $80 per person on food and drinks.

Parking and Transportation

San Antonio Spurs luxury boxes include VIP parking passes for easier entry to and from Spurs games. All seven AT&T Center parking lots open 3 hours in advance of Spurs games. Spurs suite ticket holders can enter the Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T Center) 2 hours before tip-off for a Spurs game.

Budget

San Antonio suites accommodate a wide range of budgets, depending on the type of suite purchased. On average, Spurs suites cost between $3,500-$8,500. Payment is due in full at time of purchase. In-suite catering won't be charged until game day and typically costs around $80 per person.

Club Access

Spurs luxury suite ticket holders received access to 2 VIP clubs at the Frost Bank Center: The Frost & Dahill Saddles & Spurs Club on the Club Level and the SWBC Terrace Club Restaurant located on the Terrace Level. When you rent a San Antonio Spurs suite you will have access to both premium club areas.

Dress Code

San Antonio Spurs suites do not require a particular dress code. For corporate events, many guests will be dressed in business casual attire, though guests often wear Spurs-branded apparel. The Spurs luxury suites at the Frost Bank Center are climate controlled and have a coat closet for storage.

Business Amenities

There is limited space for meetings and conferences on game day. Some guests choose to give a short presentation in their suite before the game. You can connect a laptop to the TVs in the suite via HDMI cable. Please inquire with your SEG representative if you wish to reserve a conference room.

Venue Bag Policy

Spurs suite guests at the Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T Center) must adhere to the arena bag policy. Bags will be screened by Security upon entrance to the AT&T Center at all events. Bags are restricted to the standard 12"x12"x6". Guests without bags are encouraged to use the "EXPRESS: No Bags" lanes to expedite entrance.

Entrances

San Antonio Spurs suite ticket holders can take advantage of VIP entrances to AT&T Center. Simply show your suite ticket at the SW, SE, or NE VIP entrance for expedited entrance into Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T center). Suite parking passes typically align with the preferred entrance to allow easy access to your suite.

Child Ticket Policy

San Antonio Spurs suite ticket holders must adhere to the Frost Bank Center's child ticket policy. Children under the age of 2 will not require a ticket to enter the arena. All children older will need a ticket. Strollers are permitted at Frost Bank Center and can be stored in the luxury suite.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
