Catering

We have developed an extensive, customizable food and beverage menu. You can pre-order to have your space stocked on arrival, or order through your dedicated attendant throughout the game. 90% of all food and beverage served at Golden 1 Center are sourced within 150 miles of the arena.

Parking and Transportation

All Golden 1 Center premium rentals include a set number of complimentary VIP parking passes with guaranteed access to the first two levels of the West Premium garage. This garage offers easy access as it's located just steps away from DOCO and the L Street Premium Entrance of Golden 1 Center.

Budget

Payment for Suites or Lofts for Kings games or secondary events will be due in full at the time of purchase. If catering is not included, it's best to budget around $100 per person for food and alcohol. Other items you may need to pay at your event will be parking and merchandise.

Club Access

All Suite and Loft tickets provide access to the bars and lounges on the Suite Level. Grab a drink from one of the bars or sit and relax in Croft, Cask, or Alchemy. Each bar offers a variety of beer, wine and cocktails to choose from.

Dress Code

Guests of the suites, lofts and balcony boxes at Golden 1 Center enjoy the flexibility to wear the attire of their choosing. For corporate events, dress is typically business casual. For personal events, suite guests tend to dress more casually. When in doubt, ask the host of your suite.

Venue Bag Policy

All bags larger than 8" x 6" x 1" (i.e. purses, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) are prohibited. Bags deemed and accepted as medical bags must be searched and tagged by a security supervisor. Golden 1 Center suites and lofts have a coat closet to store any bags or winter jackets during the event.

Entrances

Your premium rental gives you access to an exclusive entrance, providing a seamless entry experience. All Premium ticket holders can enter Golden 1 Center via the Premium Entrance located on L Street. From there, you're just a quick elevator ride away from the exclusive Suite and Loft levels.

Child Ticket Policy

For all Golden 1 Center events, children 24 months and younger DO NOT require their own ticket. Feel free to bring your little ones to enjoy the event, plus you can connect with a Premium Ambassador to check out a pair of over-the-ear headphones for the duration of your event.

Premium Ambassador

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a dedicated attendant who will be with you throughout the game to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Need to order food, refresh your beverages, or celebrate an occasion? Your attendant will be on hand to help and answer any questions.

Add-Ons

Be sure to let your Premium Account Manager know if you are celebrating a special occasion at the event as we have add-on packages available to help enhance nearly any occasion. We can also provide space for you to talk business before moving to your premium rental to enjoy the event, if needed.

Technology

Golden 1 Center is the world's most connected sports and entertainment venue through the most powerful Wi-Fi services of any arena in the country. Once in your Suite or Loft, just use the mounted iPad to call for service, control your TVs, order food, and more!

Mobile Ticketing

Golden 1 Center is pleased to offer mobile ticketing powered by Ticketmaster to ensure the most convenient, seamless and safe ticketing experience possible. Access your ticket and send tickets to your guests from your mobile device, and simply scan your mobile ticket upon arriving for easy entry.
