This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, store, use, and disclose your Personal Information when you visit our website or make a purchase from our website. When you visit our website, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the website, and information necessary to process your purchases. Suite Experience Group does not sell or rent Personal Information to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. Browser and device information

Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what website pages or suites you view, and how you interact with the website.
Purpose of collection: to load the website accurately for you, and to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Source of collection: collected automatically when you browse our website via cookies, tracking pixels, and related technologies.

Online contact form information

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number.
Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you, to communicate with you, and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: marketing and event-related communications. We may send you marketing email communications about Suite Experience Group products and services, or otherwise communicate with you for marketing purposes, provided that we do so in accordance with the consent requirements that are imposed by applicable laws.

Transaction information

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number, and payment information (including payment card number, CVC code, expiration date, and billing address).
Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you, to process your payment information, to provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, to communicate with you, to screen suite sales for potential risk or fraud, to arrange shipping, and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: collected directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

SECTION 2 – Consent

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “opt-in” is generally defined as any affirmative action by a user to submit or receive information, as the case may be. When you provide us with Personal Information such as email address or phone number as part of an inquiry, we imply that you consent to us contacting you regarding your inquiry and following up in the future with pertinent offers, promotions, or information. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction or arrange ticket delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. You have the right to object to and opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information.

Marketing Communications
You can unsubscribe from email, text, and phone communications at any time. If you would like to opt out of receiving marketing via email, click the unsubscribe link on the footer of marketing emails. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt, in accordance with applicable laws.

Targeted Advertising
If you would like to opt out of targeted advertising (as described in SECTION 5), please visit the DAA or NAI websites by clicking on those links. Opting out does not prevent you from seeing ads; it simply means that network advertisers will no longer collect data for the purpose of providing you targeted ads.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your computer or remove them from your browser by adjusting your web browser preferences. See SECTION 8 (Cookies) for more information.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction
Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may inquire as to whether Suite Experience Group is processing personal information about you, request access to personal information, and ask that we correct, amend, or delete your personal information. Where otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may send an email to [email protected] or use any of the methods set out in this Privacy Policy to request access to, receive, seek rectification, or request erasure of personal information held about you by Suite Experience Group. Please include your full name and email address, and a detailed description of your data request. Such requests will be processed in accordance with local laws. Although Suite Experience Group will use good faith efforts to provide Individuals with access to their personal information, there may be circumstances in which Suite Experience Group is unable to provide access, including but not limited to, where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the Individual’s privacy, in the case in question or where it is commercially proprietary. If we determine that access should be restricted in any particular instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. To protect your privacy, Suite Experience Group will take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making any changes to your personal information.

SECTION 4 – Disclosure

Suite Experience Group does not sell or rent Personal Information to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. We may, however, disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. In addition, we may disclose your personal information when required to aid in the fulfillment of the products or services you have purchased.

SECTION 5 – Third-party Services

When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

SECTION 6 – Security

To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Data
All information you provide to us is stored on our Google Cloud servers which are hosted by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), US-Central1 Iowa Region. Our website uses TLS encryption. No credit card information is stored in our Google Cloud servers.

Payments
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, we use Stripe, a third party payment processor, to process your payment. Stripe will collect, use, and process your information, including payment details, in accordance with their privacy policies. You can access their privacy policy via the following link: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. Stripe does not use, share, rent or sell payment transactional data or fraud detection signals for ad targeting. Nor does Stripe rent or sell this information to third parties for advertising purposes. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

The transaction details we retain are limited details that allow us to verify that you paid for the services, including your name, billing address, credit card type, expiration date, and last four digits of your credit card number.

Passwords
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Links
Our site may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take a number of technical, administrative, and physical measures designed to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk.

SECTION 7 – Advertising

When you visit our website, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements (interest-based advertising) for Suite Experience Group products or services on our website and other sites you visit, where allowed by applicable law. SECTION 8 – Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that is downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our website. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor. We use the following cookies to optimize your experience on our website and to provide our services:

  • PHPSESSID, unique token, sessional. Allows us to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.)
  • seg-uuid, unique token, persistent for 30 days to be used as a device identifier

  4. Right to deletion. You may be entitled to request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, in compliance with applicable laws. Please note, however, that we may need to keep such information, such as for our legitimate business purposes or as required to comply with applicable law.
  5. Right to opt-out of certain sharing with third parties. You may be entitled to direct us to stop disclosing your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. What is covered as a “sale” under California law is not yet clear, but we currently do not “sell” your information as we understand it.

Please note that California law requires us to verify the requests we receive from you when you exercise certain of the rights listed above. We (or third parties we engage to assist us) may ask you to provide certain information to us in order for us to verify the request. In addition to these rights, and pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who share personal information with us have the right to request and obtain from us once per year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties. California ‘Do Not Sell My Info’ Notice

Like many companies online, we work with Google, Facebook and other companies that use information collected from cookies and similar technologies to try to make the ads you see online more relevant to your interests. This is called interest-based advertising. Our use of these services may constitute a “sale” of Personal Information as defined under the CCPA. You can opt-out of the use of your information for interest-based advertising by:

Privacy browsers/plug-ins. Using privacy browsers or ad-blocking browser plug-ins that let you block advertising trackers.

SECTION 12 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

    • The performance of the contract between you and the website
    • Compliance with our legal obligations
    • To protect your vital interests
    • To perform a task carried out in the public interest
    • For our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms

When you place an order through our website, we will retain some Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. Our third-party payment processor, Stripe, uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to export it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.
