Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all suites at Citizens Bank Park. Catering is provided by Aramark Food Services. Most suites do not include catering in the cost of the suite. Catering is available to purchase, but it is not required. There is no catering minimum.

Parking and Transportation

VIP parking passes are valid in several preferred parking lots surrounding the stadium. Citizens Bank Park Lots S, P, Q and R each host preferred parking spaces. All parking lots at Citizens Bank Park will open 4 hours prior to first pitch.

Budget

The price for a Citizens Bank Park luxury suite rental depends on the event. Suites for Philadelphia Phillies (MLB) baseball games cost, on average, between $3,000-$4,500 depending on opponent. Suites won't include catering in the original cost. Catering is available to purchase, but not required.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have full access to the Hall of Fame Club located on the Dell EMC Suite Level. This Club features upscale amenities in a modern lounge space. The HOF Club features plenty of comfortable seating, table space, and full-service bars and upgraded concession options.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code on the Dell EMC Suite Level at Citizens Bank Park. Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire; however, it is more common to see suite patrons in casual clothing or team-branded apparel. The EMC Suites are climate-controlled with a closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks, coolers and any bags larger than 16" x16" x8" are prohibited at Citizens Bank Park. All bags are be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.

Entrances

VIP Entrances are located on Pattison Avenue (Home Plate), Citizens Bank Way (West) and Darien Street (East). Guests renting a private suite on the Dell EMC Suite Level should use the VIP Gate at the Home Plate. Premium gates open 2 hours prior to first pitch and a VIP Will Call is located next to the Home Plate Lobby.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 3 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Citizens Bank Park. Strollers are permitted on the suite level. Suites can provide a safe and secure environment for families and groups entertaining younger children.
