What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

Both the Field Cabana and Bungalow Suites will have food and beverages included with your suite purchase. For the Executive, Patio, Stage, Perch, and Terrace Suites catering is available for an additional cost. SEG recommends pre-ordering catering in advance and budgeting $100-$150 per person for catering.

Parking and Transportation

All suites at SoFi Stadium will include a number of Premium Parking passes. There are also 43,000 parking spaces within a 2 mile walk from the stadium for guests without a pass in the VIP Parking Lot.

Budget

Los Angeles Rams suites will vary in cost between $10,000 and $40,000. Pricing will vary depending on the match-up, the current teams performance, and the day of the game. Week-day games will typically be more expensive than weekend games.

Club Access

All suites at SoFi Stadium will have access to exclusive club areas. These VIP clubs are the most exclusive spaces in the stadium and will feature the highest amenities offered at SoFi Stadium.

Dress Code

There is no dress code policy for the suites at SoFi Stadium. Suite Experience Group recommends that guests wear business casual attire for corporate and/or client events but it is not unusual for guests to also be donning a jersey of their favorite Rams player.

Business Amenities

Most suites at SoFi Stadium will include mulitple 4K TVs with presentation capability. Should you require additional amenities the staff at SoFi Stadium can typically cater to any of your specific needs through prior arrangements.

Venue Bag Policy

SoFi Stadium adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy which can be found at http://www.nfl.com/allclear. All bags must be clear and can not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."

Entrances

Suite ticket holders can enter SoFi Stadium through any entrance but Suite Experience Group recommends that suite ticket holders utilize one of the VIP entrances to access their suite.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into SoFi Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
