What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all luxury suite rentals at Footprint Center. Suite level catering is provided by Levy Restaurants. Following your suite reservation, Suite Experience Group will provide your group with a copy of the suites menu and assist with coordinating any advance orders.

Parking and Transportation

Executive Suites come with an allocation of VIP parking passes valid in the Footprint Center Garage, a five-story garage connected to the arena (entrance at 1st Street and Madison St.). A second garage, Jefferson Street Garage, is also a good option for Footprint Center guests. The arena is easily accessible via the METRO Light Rail. Metered parking is available on 1st St.

Budget

Suite prices at Footprint Center vary by event. For Phoenix Suns (NBA) basketball games, suites cost, on average, $4,500. Depending on availability and demand, premium games can cost up to $15,000. In-suite catering is not included in the purchase price. Concert suite prices vary widely based on the popularity of the performer.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for suite level at Footprint Center. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire; however, it is more common to see suite patrons in casual clothing or team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled and feature a closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks, coolers, and other large bags are not permitted inside Footprint Center. Single-compartment drawstring bags, small purses, diaper bags, and other soft-side bags under 14"x14"x6" are permitted after being subject to inspection. Strollers are permitted on suite level.

Entrances

Suite ticket holders can enter the arena 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Upon entry, guests can use the escalators in the Pavilion to access Suite Level A and Suite Level B.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 36 months and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Footprint Center for a Suns game. Children under thirty-six months of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on a parent or guardian's lap. For non-Suns events, all attendees regardless of age must have a ticket.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
