Catering
West End Stadium has partnered with Levy Restaurants, whom will be the exclusive catering partner for the inaugural season at West End Stadium scheduled to open in March of 2021. Levy Restaurants plans to bring its hospitality expertise by providing world-class food and beverage offerings.
Parking and Transportation
There are currently 2 parking garages under construction near West End Stadium. These lots will be five-stories tall and will have up to 833 parking spots. There will also be a number of other parking lots within walking distance to the stadium.
Budget
Luxury suites for FC Cincinnati matches will cost anywhere between $3,000 and $6,000. Luxury suite pricing for concerts and other events at West End Stadium will vary depending on the event and the event demand. SEG also recommends budgeting $100-$150 per person if you plan on catering the suite for food and beverages.
Club Access
West End Stadium will feature a number of new premium spaces. The Tunnel Club will be the premier field-side experience that will give fans a view of the players as they are walking out of the tunnel. Reach out to your SEG representative to see what clubs your luxury suite ticket will give you access to.
Dress Code
There is no dress code in the luxury suites at West End Stadium. If you are unsure of the appropriate clothing Suite Experience Group recommends wearing business casual attire. For FC Cincinnati matches it is not unusual to see guests wearing the jersey of their favorite player as well.
Business Amenities
The new luxury suites at West End Stadium will be the premier space to host business meetings and client entertainment events. Your guests will be catered to their every need and are sure to be impressed by the suite layout which will have the closest seats to the action in the stadium.
Venue Bag Policy
For FC Cincinnati matches all bags must be smaller than 14" x 14" x 6." For all other events at West End Stadium please reach out to your SEG representative to confirm the bag policy.
Entrances
There will be 6 entrances into West End Stadium. Your luxury suite ticket will give you access to the VIP entrance which will grant you expedited entry into the stadium.
Child Ticket Policy
Children 3 years old and younger will not need a ticket for FC Cincinnati matches. Please inquire with your SEG representative for the child ticket policy for all other events at West End Stadium.
