State Farm Stadium Event Planning Guide

In this section we’ve compiled key considerations when planning your next group event at State Farm Stadium:

GROUP SIZE AND NUMBER OF ATTENDEES IN A SUITE

There are a number of different premium seating options at State Farm Stadium. Traditional Field boxes are located on top of the main concourse and includes seating for 8 people, complete with a designated suite attendant and an exclusive dining area.  Club Suites located on the main concourse level are the most luxurious suites in State Farm Stadium and can hold anywhere between 18-22 people.  State Farm Stadium also offers a number of private lofts with the capability of hosting smaller groups in one of the stadiums Exclusive Lofts or larger groups in the stadiums grand Star Lounge.

BUDGET FOR A SUITE PURCHASE

Suite rental prices typically hover somewhere between $9,000-$18,000 and fluctuate depending on opponent, day of the week, performance, and suite level.  Week day games will generally be more expensive than Sunday match-ups and games landing on or near any major holidays will typically be on the lower end.  Suite prices for the Fiesta Bowl, held annually at State Farm Stadium, will range between $10,000-$20,000 largely dependent on match up.  Concert suite prices can vary widely; suites can go for as much as $15,000 for the most popular headliners.

STATE FARM STADIUM SUITE CATERING

State Farm Stadium is proudly partnered with one of the top performing food and beverage companies in all of the NFL.  Craft Culinary Concepts uses a fresh approach in its food and beverage offerings at State Farm Stadium, using only the highest quality and best ingredients from all around Arizona.   Craft Culinary Concepts also ensures that all snacks and drinks will be in your loft and/or suite prior to your guests arrival.  Guests at State Farm Stadium typically spend between $75-$150 per person on catering and can go up from there depending on alcohol consumption.  The experts here at Suite Experience Group will help you set an appropriate budget for catering if you choose to order food and beverage in advance.

ACCESS TO STADIUM CLUBS

There are 4 different exclusive bars and lounges in State Farm Stadium.  If you’re in need of a pre-game, half-time, or post-game cocktail be sure to check out one of the 4 lounges:

50-Yard Lounges – The newly renovated 50-yard lounges feature a 49’ foot long video wall to ensure you won’t miss any of the action while you’re away from your seat.  Worried about waiting in long lines to get your next drink?  Rest assured that each 50-yard lounge includes a 64’ foot long service bar with 9 bartenders on staff at all times.

Flight Lounge – For the wine connoisseurs in attendance at State Farm Stadium you can’t pass up a visit to the Flight Lounge.  The Flight Lounge rotates different brands of wine each week in a smaller, more intimate setting.

Bubble Lounge – State Farm Stadium is home to the first champagne bar in the NFL.  Located on the West 50-yard line, the Bubble Lounge hosts a ticketed pre-game brunch in an upscale environment that you won’t want to miss.

Gila River Casinos – All suite ticket holders will have access to the Gila River Casino club level.  Guests are encouraged to stay and mingle post-game for an additional hour in the Gila River Casino club area to celebrate post game and/or event.

When you purchase a suite, the best lounge of all is always the privacy of your own luxury suite. However, it’s an added bonus to have access to other more exclusive parts of the stadium at one of the most iconic venues in all of the NFL.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

There is limited space for meetings and conferences on gameday.  Some guests choose to give a short presentation in their suite before the game. You can connect a laptop to the TVs in the suite via HDMI cable.

If however you would rather book a separate meeting space you can view State Farm Stadium (formerly known as State Farm stadium) options here.

DRESS CODE IN THE LUXURY SUITES

There is no dress code for the suite level at State Farm Stadium.  Dress code will largely depend on the purpose of the event.  If the event involves entertaining client’s we suggest dressing more on the business casual side.  However, if the event is with a group of co-workers or friends most guests will don jerseys of their favorite team.

NFL BAG POLICY

In order to increase the safety and the security of guests the NFL has issued a Clear Bag Policy which states that all bag must be clear and less than 12” x 12” x 6” in size.  To read the full policy and to get a comprehensive list of other prohibited items at State Farm Stadium click the link here

Stadium Information

Formerly known as University of Phoenix Stadium, State Farm Stadium is a multi-purpose venue located in Glendale, Arizona, less than 15 miles west of Phoenix. In September 2018 State Farm acquired the naming rights to the stadium as part of an 18-year naming rights agreement. State Farm Stadium hosts the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and the annual Fiesta Bowl. The venue has also hosted the Super Bowl in 2008 and 2015, the College Football Playoff National Championships in 2007, 2011, and 2016, the Pro Bowl in 2015, and the NCAA Men's Final Four in 2017. After opening in 2006, State Farm Stadium underwent key renovations in 2014 and 2017. It is often praised for its retractable roof and its natural grass field, as very few indoor stadiums have natural grass. Home to the largest professional and college football championship games, premier concerts, and miscellaneous entertainment events, State Farm Arena is one of America's top venues to visit.
