The Florida Panthers went all-in this offseason on a makeover that they hope pushes them into contention in the Eastern Conference. The biggest acquisition may be standing in front of the bench – new head coach Joel Quenneville, who comes to South Florida coming off three Stanley Cup titles this decade with Chicago.
Goaltender Roberto Luongo retired, but the signing of two-time Vezina Trophy-winner Sergei Bobrovsky (signed through 2026) represents an upgrade at the position. Anton Stralman also joins the club, as he heads south from in-state rival Tampa Bay. They all join talented players Aleksander Barkov, Jonathan Huberdeau, Vincent Trocheck, Evgenii Dadonov, and Keith Yandle.
