The Chargers’ big move this offseason was luring college football national championship-winning head coach Jim Harbaugh from Michigan to LA to join the Bolts. The key to this season will be if the former QB can unlock the potential of Justin Herbert to reach the next level. He’ll have to do it with mostly new skill players in running backs Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins along with wide outs Joshua Palmer and Quentin Johnson, who move up to the top two positions on the depth chart after the departures of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. There are solid pieces all over the defense with Joey Bosa, Khalil Mack, Asante Samuel Jr., and Derwin James.
