The Brewers ran through the National League Central last year but fell to the eventual World Series champion Atlanta Braves in the playoffs. Hunter Renfroe and Andrew McCutchen join the team, and a full season of Rowdy Tellez should also help improve the offense. Where the Brewers really shined last year was on the mound. Corbin Burnes won the NL Cy Young Award, and Brandon Woodruff and Freddy Peralta were All-Stars. Closer Josh Hader is also back and is one of the best in the game.
