What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

We have developed an extensive, customizable food and beverage menu for suites at UBS Arena. You can pre-order to have your space stocked on arrival, or order through your dedicated attendant throughout the event. UBS Club boxes provide an extensive upscale buffet.

Parking and Transportation

SAP Center has two dedicated areas for Premium parking and various options for transit including service via two LIRR stations and the local bus.

Budget

SAP Center Suites cost between $3,000-$6,000 for Sharks games. Prices vary based on the opponent, day of the week and suite level. In-suite catering is NOT included with the cost of the suite. In-suite catering is available to purchase. We recommend budgeting another $100 per person for it.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for the suite levels at SAP Center. Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire, however, it is common to see most suite patrons dressed in casual attire or team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled and feature closets for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

SAP Center adheres to a Clear Bag Policy. Bags must be clear and smaller than 12"x6"x12". Small clutches under 5"x8" are permitted. Laptops and tablets are allowed for San Jose Sharks games, but not for concerts. The SAP Center offers a bag check service for a small fee.

Entrances

Premium Members have access to three premium entry points to get into the venue even faster.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission. Strollers are permitted on the suite level. Suites can provide a private and secure space for families and groups entertaining with younger children.

Everything was FANTASTIC ! The suite was set up very nice, and the food was great. What really made our experience OUTSTANDING was the service provided by Steve Casper. Steve went “above and beyond” to make this a FIRST CLASS experience. His wonderful attitude and attention to detail made a difference. He treated me, and all our guests—- especially our grandchildren, in an excellent manner.
