Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
Your Detroit Lions luxury suite can be catered in advance to your game. While many Lions luxury boxes will include food and drinks or a credit, some may not. Lions suite guests typically spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol. There is no minimum and ordering in advance is optional.
Parking and Transportation
Detroit Lions VIP Suite parking is located in the Ford Field Parking Deck and other premium lots surrounding the stadium. The Parking Deck is connected to Ford Field via a covered walkway. The Ford Field Parking Deck opens 3 hours prior to kickoff. A Lyft-exclusive drop-off point is located W. Fisher Service Drive(closest to Gate B).
Budget
Detroit Lions luxury suite rentals can cost between $8,000-$70,000. Detroit Lions suites range in cost depending on the opponent, size and location. If catering wasn't included with your Lions suite, be sure to budget an additional cost for that. Catering won't be charged until game day.
Club Access
Detroit Lions suite ticket holders have exclusive access to the North Club and the Delta (South) Club, both of which are private lounges featuring high-end dining and beverage options. Club access can vary by event, so please check with your representative.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for being in a Detroit Lions suite at Ford Field. Corporate groups are usually in business casual attire; however, it is not uncommon for guests to wear casual attire or Lions apparel. Lions luxury suites are individually climate-controlled with a coat closet.
Venue Bag Policy
All guests entering Ford Field must have their belongings in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." This applies to Lions suite ticket holders as well. Other permissible totes include: one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar) and small clutch bags.
Entrances
If you have a Detroit Lions suite ticket, the VIP Entrances for Club Level & Suite guests are located at the Gate A Executive Entrance and also at Gates D & G (suite and club entrance signage posted at each gate).
Child Ticket Policy
Children aged 2 and under do not require a separate suite ticket to enter Ford Field. Any child older will need a ticket even if attending the game in a Detroit Lions suite. Strollers are NOT permitted at Ford Field. Lions suites do provide a secured space for families with young children.
