Additional Lucas Oil Stadium Information

Catering

With a Colts suite rental, in-suite catering is available to purchase. Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the suite menu. Most suites do not include catering. On average, clients spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol, however, there is no catering minimum and it is optional.

Parking and Transportation

Lucas Oil Stadium has over 72,000 public parking spaces surrounding the stadium. Cost of parking at stadium could range from $10-$100 depending on the lot and event. If you've purchased a Colts suite, you would have been given a limited amount of passes in the premium lot closest to the venue.

Budget

If you're attending a Indianapolis Colts game in a suite, you'll want to budget $2,000 - $3,500 worth of catering to your suite cost. The cost for a Colts suite rental could be between $11,500-$22,500. You'll want to factor any additional parking passes or Colts souvenirs you may purchase.

Dress Code

Indianapolis Colts suites are climate-controlled for your comfort. For those who arrive in winter clothing, most suites will have a coat closet. If you're attending a Colts game in a suite as part of a corporate event, it may be best to wear business casual attire. It's ok to wear fan gear as well.

Venue Bag Policy

The Colts follow the NFL's Clear Bag policy. Bags must be clear and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag will be ok.

Entrances

There are four main entrances to Lucas Oil Stadium: Lucas Oil Gate (North), Huntington Bank Gate (West), Colts Gate (South) and Verizon Gate (East). The gates for a Colts game are open to the public two hours prior to kickoff. Once inside, your Colts suite is ready for your arrival.

Child Ticket Policy

At Lucas Oil Stadium, children 24 months or younger do NOT need a ticket, provided they sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. Any child older than that will need a ticket, even if in a suite. Children are allowed on the suite level, there is no age requirement to be in a Colts suite.

Safety and Well-being

Lucas Oil Stadium has introduced a number of new procedures to help keep their venue safe and healthy for all fans for the up-coming NFL season. Temperature checks, designated entry and exit gates, built-in 6 foot distancing parameters, and Plexiglass shields featured at all service stations are just a few of the changes that fans can expect at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The suite and service were very nicely done and proved perfect for my family (including 6 young grandchildren) and friends. Linda did a very nice job keeping everything as tidy and picked up as possible. Thank you.

Everything was FANTASTIC ! The suite was set up very nice, and the food was great. What really made our experience OUTSTANDING was the service provided by Steve Casper. Steve went “above and beyond” to make this a FIRST CLASS experience. His wonderful attitude and attention to detail made a difference. He treated me, and all our guests—- especially our grandchildren, in an excellent manner.

Reservation and catering ordering was very easy. Ticket forwarding for baseball games was okay; especially for iPhone users.

Everyone I communicated with at Suite Experience Group was incredibly kind, professional and on top of their game. This was my first time purchasing a suite through your company, but I will absolutely look for future opportunities to work with you again.
