What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

Enhanced in-suite catering is available to purchase before, or during, all Green Bay Packers games. The Packers catering menu includes a wide range of options provided by Delaware North Sportservice. Most suites do not include catering in the base price of the suite, so be sure to allocate additional budget to have food and drink in your suite.

Parking and Transportation

Green Bay Packers VIP parking for suite holders is in Lot 1 and Lot 4. VIP parking lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off. Cash parking is available on many residential streets within walking distance of the stadium. The Johnsonville Tailgate Village is a popular tailgate area for fans before, and after, Packers games.

Budget

Green Bay Packers suite rentals cost between $10,000-$25,000 depending on opponent, suite size, suite level, and day of the week. Single-game suite prices for Packers games against divisional opponents like the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears are priced at a premium. Night games, especially weeknight games are high demand.

Club Access

Green Bay Packers suite ticket holders have full access to The Associated Bank Club Level & Atrium at Lambeau Field. Lambeau Field Club Level is newly renovated. Suite guests at a Green Bay Packers game can enjoy premium food kiosks, cash bars, and plenty of enhanced lounge seating on Suite Level.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for fans attending a Green Bay Packers game in a luxury suite. Packers suites are individually climate-controlled and provide a closet for coat storage. Most patrons attending Packers' games in a suite are fans of the team. Suite level is filled with patrons wearing jerseys and team apparel.

Venue Bag Policy

The Green Bay Packers bag policy at Lambeau Field states that fans' belongings must be in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." Fans cannot bring backpacks to Green Bay Packers games. Strollers and laptop computers are also not permitted. All patrons are subject to being searched upon entry.

Entrances

Green Bay Packers suite ticket holders should primarily use the VIP Entrance at the American Family Insurance Gate on the East side of the stadium (connected to the Lambeau Field Atrium). A second premium entrance, the Associated Bank Gate, is located on the West side of the stadium. VIP Gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Child Ticket Policy

All suite level patrons attending a Green Bay Packers game, regardless of age, require a separate ticket for admission. Packers suites provide a convenient, and private, space for families and groups entertaining with small children.

The app for the clippers game is the worst - but that has nothing to do with SEG. The team at SEG was wonderful, responsive, quick, helpful and always ready to answer my questions! I would definitely book again.

We rented a suite as a Christmas gift for my parents, who value quality time with their kids and grandkids more than material gifts. Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!
