Some luck and a shrewd trade change the course of history for the Chicago Bears, as they not only acquired wide receiver D.J. Moore from Carolina last year in exchange for the top draft pick, the Bears received the Panthers’ 2024 pick, which turned out to be No. 1. With that pick, the Bears took USC quarterback Caleb Williams. Rome Odunze was selected with the Bears other top-10 pick, and they join and offense that includes Moore, running back D’Andre Swift, and Keenan Allen from the Chargers. It’s not hyperbole to say it could be the best offense the Bears have ever had if Williams pans out at QB.
